Who knows what may happen, I doubt anything groundbreaking happens one way. Jan 6th was minor in a historic sense. Trump at best will force resources away from Europe and into the Middle East and China. The democrats who took inordinate bribes from Ukraine may be looking at the end of their number 1 asset and ain’t happy about it. Trump is more talk than action he is no Caesar he had that chance last term he is just an Israeli stooge at this point. The real question is what happens after the end of the Ukrainian project.

Wouldn't it be better in the long run if America collapses and the empire goes away like the Soviet union did? Then the US could emerge like Russia did from the ashes. Let the depression, hyperinflation and the drugs and suicides run its course, like it did in Russia for a decade and hopefully you will get lucky and an American Putin will step forward and do away with your constitution and your Republic in name only.

EDIT: Maybe I'm too cynical but better the American people suffer than the rest of the world.

I believe it's a relatively small group doing this to the US, hyperinflation and depressions are manufactured they don't "just happen".

If the rest of the World suffers from the US it is because of these same people using it as a cudgel, not because the American people want to bully others. Most people in the US don't even know it's happening because it's hidden from them.

People here have been poisoned with their food, their "entertainment", their water, and lied to endlessly. Free them from that and you have a decent country.

And no it would not be better if we got rid of the Constitution, it would be better for everyone if we lived up to it.

Wow, that is a horrendous idea for all freedom and liberty loving people in the world - which should be every single human being. The ideals America is founded upon, namely individual freedoms and inalienable rights are fantastic and if allowed to collapse those ideals could , and most likely would, result in their permanent loss.

The US has been corrupted by a cabal of politicians, intransigent Govt Agencies (FBI, CIA, etc), NGO's, and a select few business leaders and collectively they are the problem and must be dealt with and reformed. Or to put it more diplomatically; This group is perceived as contributing to systemic issues that require comprehensive reform to restore integrity and accountability.

In the past few elections, especially in poorer swing constituencies with popular independents, it has been common to see mile-long queues at certain voting stations, and minorities have literally stood in line all day just to vote. It's also worth noting that BOTH major parties have, at such times and places, quite deliberately hampered such stations by providing inadequate papers and personnel, and have closed them early.

The rigging of US elections goes deep.

I suspect the major current method of ballot stuffing is "mail-in ballots", which is also one of the ways the UK Establishment rigged elections against Corbyn.

It would of course be extremely ironic if all the Repug efforts to throw minorities off the rolls was actually harming their own votes, lmfao.

Another time, mysterious water pipe leaks halted the count, only to suddenly resume at 1 am, with footage showing large vans arriving with boxes of uncompleted mail-in ballots. In the aftermath, the courts basically refused to prosecute any cases, and the world watched in disbelief, thinking, "Here is a nation that meddles in other countries' voting systems, preaching that democracy is sacred, when the US itself cannot even achieve a fair and secure outcome." The New Yorker magazine made its election year endorsement of a presidential candidate, so David Remnick, the Editor-in-Chief, must have felt a measure of glee @ calling out a competitor, Jeff Bezos @ the WaPo, for failing to endorse.

In an article @ thenewyorker.com, “Standing Up to Trump,” Remnick equated Bezos’s non-endorsement for the 2024 election to Stalinism in the USSR, Goering in the Third Reich and last Sunday’s MAGA rally @ Madison Square Garden—but the content of Remnick’s remarks, when one examines them, generically apply to the caliber of state-supported media collusion anywhere on earth, including what we have witnessed stateside since Rodham failed to win the 2016 presidential election.

Here’s what Remnick wrote, “The literature of anti-authoritarianism is written by souls larger and vastly more heroic than common mortals. Yet they describe the ways that human-scale people, all of us, can refuse complicity, and act in the face of repression and outrage, if that is what public life comes to: in order to stand up, one must have a backbone.”

Although Remnick intends to mean “refusing complicity” as rejecting a potential DJT admin in all of its incarnations, and although Remnick intends to mean that “repression and outrage” are purely the provenance of a potential DJT admin, he fails to notice the outrageously repressive alliance created by a whole-of-government/whole-of-media coalition which has increasingly acted against Constitutional rights, including 1A, since 2020. Remnick *fails* to notice these outrageous repressions because he aligns ideologically & professionally w/ the outrageously repressive actions.

“Standing Up to Trump” is the only act he sees as morally viable. This maximalist stance not only warps his vision but also blinds him to a particularly repressive brand of authoritarianism, of which he is a public part.

Legacy media does not exist to inform us but to manufacture consent for the outrageous repressions of the state. And while legacy media is bleeding out, independent journalism thrives. The energy S puts into his Lyceum exemplifies that. In the current election cycle, podcasts are the new battleground state.

I see the logic in this, and it is undeniable there are aspects of “woke” being walked back, but it is extremely important to know who the “elites” are. They may disagree about how they are to pursue their goals, particularly when world events shift from expectations.

For example, the fact their “destroy Russia” goal has backfired combined with Israel’s push to destroy its enemies in the Middle East, namely Iran, changes things.

A more likely scenario than the elites throwing their hands up as to Trump is that they have chosen Trump for their new path forward, which has everything to do with the two examples above in additions to other considerations like China.

Notice both Kamala and Trump are exactly the same in trying to claim themselves the greater benefactor for Israel.

Trump obviously won the 2020 election if based merely on actual valid votes that exclude all the fraudulent ones, which only mattered in swing states. The elites, the “chosen ones” might be a better name for the core of the elites whose views are parroted by any other who wishes to have some amount of power in the West as it currently exists, can choose to install Kamala if they want. All the tools they used to steal 2020 are still in place and likely better refined by now.

“They” likely believe Trump better for the coming war involving Israel. Trump can inspire the type of people they will need to actually fight and die in their war. Bibi damn sure prefers Trump, and Trump has made clear that he is their guy (as has Kamala and any other candidate for national public office).

Who ultimately rules us? Who can’t we criticize?

More importantly, of the long list of “victims” we cannot criticize, which one sits at the absolute top? Is there one among them who could literally commit genocide (as Hitler was accused), yet they still claim themselves the victims, and BOTH US presidential candidates will fall over themselves to offer their unconditional support?

We can hope Trump could manage to do what is virtually the only thing a US president alone could do to try to avoid Israel’s ongoing escalation in its multi-front war is stop the weapons shipments to Israel.

Of course, that might lead to his assassination, impeachment, or some other thing that “changes” his mind or sees him removed from power.

I’d love to believe Trump is sucking up ONLY to gain power so he can fight the TRUE adversaries, but they have a way of applying pressure that will cause most anyone to back down, especially one with a family to care for.

At this stage, virtually anyone with the balls of steel needed to take on the powers that be in the open has been removed from any path leading to power.

BUT, we live in interesting times. With the horrors Israel is exposing to the world at large (in spite of the fact most in the West are not truly aware of it), the ability to criticize “THEM” publicly, which is critical to removing them from power, has just started to open up.

Everything that has a beginning has an end, and it truly would be awesome to live to see just deserts distributed.

O America, Babylon the Great, the mightiest of words that so many await and long for “it is done”, is not yet, not now, not in the foreseeable future, this America must continue to endure, though this mammoth battle the last 2 score years plus four has bitter, destructive to say the least, the time has not yet arrived when the contents of that last last golden vial is to be poured … that time awaits.

What America is confronted with is their quintessential nomenclature moment, that time when hard choices must, nay, demand be made… no more sitting on the fence, hedging bets, it is time, time for every patriot to take and make a stand.

History is replete with such moments, o that Americans were more invested and aware of the past, understood history, their past importantly how the past impacts and reflects the present, the future, instead as Simplicius writes so accurately sums up, a portent of and a true look into the reality lives, especially this past decade… Simplicius writes “ Much of their power was maintained not through sheer strength of force, but a kind of quasi-mystical presence—a strange, occult and web-like hypnotic psychosis which they managed to cast over the country’s populace” therein is summarised inexorably reality, America’s reality, the nation looked at from afar, each time I visited, the many, many trips made up to what once had been a true beacon of the ideals of humanity… subverted, usurped, taken, stolen in a lurid spell cast, that became as a pall as it seemed to consume from within everything that this once truly great nation had represented.

Alas, it was not and has never been its people, nope, this disaster foisted upon the nation has been at the hands of a treasonous few, misguided, nope, villainous, evil, most definitely the very levels of debasement they have taken, have been prepared to allow the nation to fall, testimony to and underscoring this deep seated hatred for all that America truly represented, god, Faith, freedom, great people, understanding, forgiveness, empathy, the rule of law, self achievement, lifting up not knocking down, loving and helping thy neighbour… so much goodness, wholesomeness yet it was trashed asunder, the why, power, authority, greed and avarice, those responsible coveting all of the aforementioned noted as the why… it is truly reprehensible, it has been an onslaught of unmitigated intensity, lust for power seemingly insatiable, not just at home but in the zero sum geo political and economic financial game played.

The result, nation after nation turning upon, despising the obvious hypocrisy, great nations like Russia, Iran, Serbia, Georgia, Brazil even friends like India, Saudi Arabia, maligned, derided, denigrated, none spared the coterie and phalanx of self obsessed, self entitled, self absorbed wannabe’s, all arse holes, to the last, they who wouldn’t know as long as their arse points to the ground, truth, reality, decency, yet they pontificate, preach, ridicule, from upon their high horses, platforms bestowed them by those even dumber than they, by the misguided equally self obsessed and deluded CEO’s, Chairman, Board members who suck up to them, rather than lead, guide and manage these fools, for fools they all are… in short, akin the pied piper leading with the clarion call the gullible over the abyss, so has gone America the last two score years and four, thankfully, finally it seems they might just have awoken from the spell of true evil cast over them, sad though the tens of millions displaced, injured, dead, suffering from the lust for blood, rivalled only the turgid lust for wealth and power this cabal, this gang of terrorists and murderers have perpetrated the time period noted, 44 long years of filth, of eating shitzen, no longer a new dawn beckons, Trump if he makes good and avoids the ridiculous mistakes of personnel he appoints though it is to be believed he is far better prepared for round 2 than he was round 1, neocons not a part, any part of this administration, whilst Putin and Xie, Modi, great statesman have led the way showing unprecedented restraint in the face of unbelievable provocations together a global leadership class domiciled East and south who are committed, totally committed to finally ensuring the world breaks free of the shackles, the spell, the evil that has beset the earth the past 44 years.

The only advice I’d dare offer is that America’s new administration of hope for so many, not just the U.S but the world over embrace transparency, full accountability, there can be no free passes, no Tutu may he RIP, truth and reconciliation commissions, no, the bastard criminals and filth need to be held to account, there must be full transparency of every despicable filthy act indulged, every record, file, released, by now with everything endured the age old excuse of the political, business, extreme wealth retinue no longer holds, the nation and its citizens after all they have endured have matured, nothing to be disclosed will shock, expose it all, then and only then can true recovery, a true renaissance of what it means to again lead even have the barest chance of allowing the phoenix that must rise from the ashes of this dystopian nightmare to truly take flight and soar higher than ever imagined… so many hope that bird truly flies… including many that sadly Americans have been propagandised to see and view only as enemies…. Nothing could be further from that lie…

Much aroha to you all… Kia Kaha from New Zealand
