Personal experience taught me that pious Muslims make a strong right-hand vs left-hand distinction. We were passing out flyers when a mosque prayer session ended. I am a Canadian expat who was living in Ukraine when the war started in 2022 and for several more months before leaving.
Once Russia takes control and restores order- it is my view that many of those who left Ukraine will return. Not all, but many.
There are several reasons for this that I won't get into here.
It is better for them if they are forced to leave now due to no electricity and also better for the Russians.

I wouldn't expect tajiks of Tajikistan to be any good at Arabic. To begin with, they speak Dari, a dialect of Persian and so a non-semitic language, but unlike Iranians and the tajiks of Afghanistan, they don't use the perso-arabic script, but rather the Cyrillic script, so most of them can't even read an Arabic text.

This referenced “pamphlet” itself isn’t quoted or linked by the "Khorasan Diary" front account. Nor does the Twitter account (which, remember, is Politico's sole source for this "fact"), even assert that ISIS has actually claimed responsibility. Rather, the CIA account merely characterizes the pamphlet as a "30 page polemic on the attack," and opines that its “tone” is implying that the Taliban can't control ISIS operations on its territory. It even states that “apart from rhetorical arguments there are no details of the attack in Moscow.” In short, Politico is relying on an anonymous tweet that doesn't even support the claim it is making.
