Hostilities between Iran and the US resumed once more after the downing of a $50M US Apache helicopter in the Strait of Hormuz, allegedly by way of Iranian ‘drone’.
Trump would not start any military operations during the World Cup at his will. He needs all attention to USA, but also he has to watch for street riots and stadium protests - they will be and the will be swiftly and brutally squashed by ICE.
Trump plays on time, he believes the longer Hormuz and Iran's southern ports are blocked, the more dire Iran's economic situation.
He asked Natanyahu not to attack during Cup.
In turn Iran will take their chance withing the next 5 days, with massive attack on Israel around 15.06, with Israel nuclear retaliation done through false flag operation. Watch for timing - weekends are Israeli/American attack days. Likely from Thursday night, as Fridays, Saturdays are work free days in Israel. So they won't lose much economic productivity.
Israel will distribute gas masks to all citizens and tell them to stay in shelters for 3 days. They will also distribute fixed Geiger Counter radioactive particle instruments to show high danger levels. And posting readings of those Geigers on social media, so all Americans will see them. Images of destroyed Israeli nuclear facility will be AI generated - but details will give them out, as with the sixth Natanyahu finger.
They will blame Iran to get Congress approval for formal war. Witness scientists from Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee are already briefed what to testify.
Iranian targets and Israeli powerful warheads, including 2 small nukes, dirty, chemical, biological and some experimental, are already prepared.
Trump will want it done fast, just in 3 days. Every day more deadly then the previous.
That information is already passed to all NATO governments, but they don't want and will not participate. At the same time those countries are being prepared for a total international war, in case China, Russia and the other BRICS will react to nuclear attack on Iran - they will very likely do react, especially China (very recently they have a strong defence deal with Iran). Europe's mobilisation plans for rapid deployment to Middle East are done.
All the world will see through it, Trump and American image will be shattered once again, but would not stop this next step of world war.
On top of hell on hell in Iran, immediate consequences will be food shortage, as crops are damaged and can't be harvested from fields within thousand kilometres, depending of wind direction. Dramatic price rise for grains across world. Half of family budget going exclusively on food and medicines.
Your calculus omitted the fact that Jewmerica only decided to use nukes on Japan because they were the sole nuclear power at the time. Today there's this little tiny problem called MAD, and also highly likely that Iran has prepared nukes to retaliate with according to credible sources. 2-3 nukes ought to be enough to erase tiny little Occupied Palestine along with their two gayest cities in the world. I'd imagine even as psychotic as the Jewish self-Chosenites are would not want their genocidal settler colony to have this sort of ending.
"I'd imagine even as psychotic the Jewish self-Chosenites are would want their genocidal settler colony to have this sort of ending."
Once the Zionists recognise they have lost control of West Asia's hydrocarbons they will pivot to the Andinia Plan. A plan decades long and almost complete. They are already exploiting hydrocarbons in Argentinian waters.
The Rothschilds and their other associated sub-human families only give a fuck about jews when it furthers their economic aims. They will drop the Promised Land like a hot turd as soon as it's no longer viable.
Given the present circumstances in Argentina, Plan Andinia would likely be met with some serious resistance. Were Milei to be removed from office (unlikely, but not entirely out of the question, given many corruption scandals, fragmenting political coalition and increasing economic pressure on an increasingly desperate public), Vice-President Victoria Villaruel would be his constitutionally-designated replacement. VV is the daughter of a Malvinas veteran and ana beyond-reproach politician highly concerned with national sovereignty and a Traditional Catholic to boot, not a favorite of the Lubavitcher sect. As for the Chilean side of Patagonia, the present embattled government would be in no position to permit what would amount to a takeover of national sovereignty by a foreign power with no genuine ties to the population. Plan Andinia would be a high-risk undertaking at a time when "the natives are restless", so to speak.
Or maybe the Samson Option threat is about as potent as their highly vaunted Iron Dome or David Sling or Thaad or whatever other wunderwaffe grifting drivel they've setup.
I’m going to have to go with, “A man’s got to know his limitations,” a message the Iranians seem to have recentlty been delivered in the Jordanian desert, among other places, but has not been taken to heart by Mr. Trump.
Trump's latest (40th) "agreement" claim stands out for two reasons: he's completely caving to Iranian positions (?!!!) and there are claims that the Iranian government media have embraced this and made happy noises about it. Thing to consider number three: the weekend is approaching. Four: tomorrow is the SpaceX IPO.
<<<<<<there are claims that the Iranian government media have embraced this and made happy noises about it. <<<<<
You are the first person that I have seen make such a claim. Every other source that I look at says the opposite. That is that the Iranian government people who are in a position to speak about Iranian policy say Iran rejects the truth of Trump's claim about an agreement. The say that nothing has changed during negotiations.
You know, Jerry always using Tom to get things done. Tom taking the beating&cost.
So in the end we have Palestinians all plastered in the ruins of Gaza, we have innocent Lebaneses made fugitives so Israel can expand its Greater Israel. Untouched. 4000 dead in Lebanon after 3 months. Not even Iran is hurting Israel anymore. A few missiles doesnt win a War. Netanyahu and his likes will never let Trump or any other US President of the hook.
And now even Simplicius writes that US plans to dominate the oil market wasnt that bad after all. Of course there are forces working simultaneously in US for World dominance. And they
managed to outsource the containment of/fight against Russia to the UK/Europeans.
We are heading to a another disasters worse than WW1 (who killed millions of our best) and worse than WW2 (which created the basis for US dominance instead of a British one).
What S meant was that US, regardless of seaminless crazy incoherent politics, has succeeded in becomimg a major supplier of LNG and having control of oil market. Yes. I did some extras on that.
"The United States has become the world’s largest oil exporter..."
This was not Simp's quote, but riddle me this, how in the hell is the JUSA the largest oil exporter? They produce, according to the latest figures that anyone can look up, just 14 MBPD, and consume 20 MBPD!!!
Although we export finished products, diesel for example to Mexico, we import lots of crude from Canada, Mexico, and Venezuela just to mention a few... Chip
Been studying this for decades. Numbers are all over the place and yes, different types of oil/nat gas liquids etc... BUT, the aggregate numbers always boil down to the fact that, in general, the US produces what it consumes. So it CANNOT become the worlds largest oil exporter unless there is some new drastic find. They can export by drawing on the SPR and that's the only way... Chip
You say "net" I say "aggregate" and we're both meaning the same thing. Saying the JUSA is the largest exporter is just a shell game ignoring how much of other grades we import. We're saying the same thing John... Chip
Trump doesn't care about the US economy or inflation or the low tanks - that much I can agree with. I agree too that he's a buffoon and is making mistakes in Iran. The real doomsday sayers are also saying Iran is in on the globalists' agenda of choking bottlenecks and famine. Simon Dixon is extremely confident about this. He ' follows the money ' and Iran is still supposedly doing business with Bahrain etc. He's half yooish though and its in Israel's interest probably to have people thinking USrael is winning I don't know that Simon is anything but a bitcoin guy - not that he's a zionist - no I don't think so. Just a coincidence
I am going to suggest that the Jewish Oligarchy uses other Jews to finance their life style. The rich Israelis are abandoning Israel, having made as much profit as they could, and going to Crete or Albania or Argentina or, god forbid, the USA.
Those remaining behind are abandoned "gutter trash" who have been indoctrinated for decades on their "superiority" that allowed them to treat the Palestinians with the utmost contempt for the benefit of the Jewish Oligarchy.
How many times throughout history has Israel been destroyed? I believe it obvious that the Jewish Oligarchy is more than willing to step on the bodies of dead Jews to profit.
Meyer Lansky shows us how ruthless Jews can be. The Jewish Oligarchy engages the Jewish mob to carry out nefarious schemes to achieve profit.
Once the Jewish Oligarchy has abandoned Israel, they will use their money to buy their way back into "respectable society" by changing the narrative of Israel from one of Jewish domination to Jewish suffering. They will appeal to the naiveté of the general public who was bamboozled into pitying the Jews who survived the Holocaust. NOT because the Holocaust survivors didn't deserve the compassion they received, but because the Jewish Oligarchy used that compassion to reconstitute itself and destroy the USA from the inside. Kind of like having a "pet alligator".
Have we been here before? Do the Holocaust deniers have a clue? do they just miss the obvious?
My mind runs overtime trying to make sense of the horrendous events around the world. The face of evil keeps showing up everywhere. I can't imagine. So... this stuff comes out.
great comment John. So many times the replies I get to my comments are nasty - its like you said - there's evil everywhere and of c ourse its different magnitudes but I'm just coping with another comment on another thread that wasn't kind and communicative like your's. Even in these small things life can be better if we aren't all mean to each other all the time. I agree with everything you say. It certainly looks - starting with covid that Israelis are part of the depopulation program. I haven't looked into the Hitler thing. One thing that I have to say about changing my mind about that guy is that the Russians wouldnt' agree with Ken O'Keefe that Hitler was a good guy. I'm guessing what you mean by ' the obvious, is that they have been kicked out of 109 countries so maybe there's a reason for that. I'm not sure we're allowed to talk openly about this situation with the youknowhos Its not all them. I mean the utter cruelty of Americans to Vietnamese is not to do with them. Its us. Rudolf Steiner says every culture is capable of it but some of the things Henry Ford said about them are pretty close to where we are today. Rudolf Steiner had such good ideas about society. For instance, small businesses. When an entrepreneur has made back the seed money that was borrowed to start the business - and the owner wants to stay with that business and not start another one - the the owner's wages should not be more than the other people doing the same work. And the wages are not based on hours, but on profit of the business. It would help so much to equalize the class system.
There would be so many more businesses because the entreprenuer would get so good at starting them, and then after a fair profit for himself he lets the workers have the business - so it becomes its own entity instead of this endless 9-5 job where people never get ahead.
I don't know Steiner. I read up on him a bit just now. Wikipedia makes him sound like a cult leader -- which isn't necessarily a bad thing. That he wanted a promote a spiritual approach to science and a scientific approach to religion seems, on the surface, a good idea.
Only members of the highest levels of the Oligarchy have a clue about the depopulation agenda. I would not say "Israelis".
WRT economic issues, I believe China shows us the way.
There are huge changes coming in that arena which ChinArb covers in several dense papers you can find here on substack.
Those changes are going to cause changes in political establishments also. Again, China seems to be leading. The idea of "Democracy" is dead. It is a fiction that the common man is smart enough to make sense of the complex decisions facing society. The Oligarchy hides behind that fiction to steal the wealth created by labor. (Ellen Brown's book, "The web of debt" shows how capitalism is a sham.)
Some say they are monarchists, which is rather similar to the way the CPC hires and trains a government bureaucracy that hasn't had a recession since 1979. Americans can whine all they want about restrictions on freedom in China, but when the Capitalists steal your wealth, your freedoms don't exist anyway.
Richard Werner calls what you call ' the oligarchy ' the Central Planners. Its a better term I think. And its not the bankers. They print the money on command of the central planners. I should subscribe to his $14 a mnth substack. He's very interesting. He's starting a small bank in Swtzerland. And people can invest. I don't have the courage to email him. I only would be anble to come up with $100. Rudolf Steiner - yeah it did turn into a cult but it wasn't meant to. It was a university that he built but it was destroyed by arson before it was even completed. The only person to die in the blaze was the arsonist. A local Catholic church goer who was brainwashed about the matchbox on the hill by the local Catholic Priest. will say more below
I think the Israelis on on the menu as far as depopulation - Michael Yon says its a war between the Zionists and China. Its the zionists that want depopulation. and most of them are ...guess who ? Sorry to preach Steiner but there are over 3000 lectures and many political ones preWW1 - I've been reading Steiner since I was 14. Over 50 years He said that Russia - the coming cultural epoch ( about 2000 years ) should join hands with Germany not China. But the 2 wars...or rather the 30 year war of the 20th century - defeated the blossoming culture that Goethe was the Star of - there are things in Germany which are still good culturally but, Steiner even gives a reason for the failures of Germany and now of course they're hopeless. So Russia and China are leading - China is an ancient civlization. The oldest on the planet. China did not change during the floods ( Ice Age ) it was there before. And Russia is very young - a mixed cultural phenomena existing as a huge strong young country - is following China rather than the Idealist Germany that existed once upon a time.
and finally - economics is important and China may be excellent - but its not everything. China is not producing anything worthwhile in culture. Its actually very materialistic. The earth cannot handle more economics. It needs conservation and enlightenment of the spiritual not materialistic ( like the 19th century ) Earth needs to be loved. We need to stop being greedy and start being loving - that 's what I don't like about the communists. I don't mean China specifically - I was actually thinking of the USSR which banned Christianity. We need a mild socialism I suppose but in reality we need to get rid of politicians. I mean honestly - the guy shows up out of nowhere - with a seedy history and is handed the keys to the military and the treasury for a few years and then disappears where he came from. What a stupid system. Couldn't be stupider.
I wonder who Chinarb is. Seems like that guy that has a youtube channel called China Business. The substack might be too dense for me - I'll try it out but - btw - I put out a newsletter everyday on email. Its free. I have about 100 people I send it to...not sure how many read it everyday.
Ask yourself, “Has Donald Trump ever filled a gas tank? Would he even know how to do it without help?” Think of GHW Shrub when confronted with an OCR scanner at a supermarket checkout.
He doesn’t care about how it affects the average American’s finances because he has lived his entire life on OPM with errand boys and girls to sweat the day to day water-carrying.
Policy wise, all this is reminiscent of the pharmaceuticals' R&D approach, which is that when a drug fails to do what you designed it to do, you draw a ring round what it actually did and then hunt down a condition (or invent one) that, hey presto, this drug treats.
By the by- treating Venezuela as one and done is a BIG MISTAKE.
Venezuela is doing relatively okay. They could prevent an all out invasion and occupation so far, buying time. My mate who's been living there for 3+ years has returned home due to some concerns about his wife and new born child though. He'll return this summer and is optimistic that Delcy Rodríguez is holding things together the best she can until Maduro returns back home with his wife.
Although I have no actual clue….if I were a nation in the SW hemisphere and been witnessing the Donroe Doctrine, I’d be talking to my neighbors and planning….
As far as I know, many of the oil that the USA wins is of a light sort that is limited in what you can crack out of it. They still need to import the heavy crude for achieving to make many products.
You really need to consider Canada. Yes, that Alberta pipeline down to Kansas City (and other pipelines on to the Gulf & etc.) is importing heavy/super heavy sour crude loaded with vanadium & other metals, much of it goes to the specialized Gulf coast refineries originally built to handle Venezuelan heavy sour crude.
Very little US imported crude or processed petrochemicals come from the Gulf any more, which is why we can plan on doing "creative destruction" to that area now. Makes good bankster business for any rebuilding, gives Israel a good shot at taking over whatever the replacement infrastructure is that ends up moving those resources. Definitely screws with China, forces Australia away from doing business with their obvious best/biggest trading partner, shortens Japan and Korea's leashes. £u¢k$ the Euros pretty good of course, which only serves them right for trying to buy Russian gas, they are OUR b!+¢hes since we bought their quaint little countries 70 years ago.
True. Problem is, however, that global oil prices would rise prohibitively causing economic devastation over the world. And though America would have plenty of oil, it would not be immune to the global oil prices.
Wrecking everyone else's economies degrades/destroys/drastically slows down "third world" development and prevents much use of non renewable resources in their countries of origin, which resources (in the long run) can be used by the USA/"The West" instead of wasted on improving the lives of those uppity natives who merely live in the land holding such resources. This has been the basis of US foreign policy since shortly after the end of WWII, see linked PDF:
As I understand it, Venezuelan oil is very difficult to pipe. It's very thick and needs to be blended with naphthalene in order to get it to flow easily. This, and the failing oil infrastructure there, make this oil very costly at present... Chip
By now, after many years of Trump, you'd think to know better to not listen to anything he says
He is catering to the US audience, who, frankly, as long as no Americans are dying, don't care. Yeah inflation but whatever. Nobody losing their jobs yet. Consequences delayed. Its another reality show. So he does his weird and fake cliffhangers but its all BS
The Iranians, too, have their propaganda to manage. The country is not doing great, and the people need to remain united and motivated. So, they make these absurd claims constantly of massive US equipment losses, True Promise 5058397427 which involves half a dozen missiles at most, and the various shrieks of defiance and resistance. Yet, even with uncontested skies and a month to restore their missile systems, they barely bothered Israel with their last salvo.
In reality, oil is flowing. Despite me not being able to see it or make sense of it, it is undeniable that there is more oil flowing than anyone can comprehend.
I am trying seriously to make sense out of your senseless comment.
What I know for sure is that the USA has become the laughing stock of the rest of the world since it's citizens showed how dumbed down and incapable they have become.
The absurd claims they make to cope with what they do not understand - in that they mirror their president for sure.
This blog is seriously turning into a repository of losers. Whether you like it or not doesnt change reality. Suggest you get out of your parentd basement, get on a plane, and see whats happening in the world
Uh I’m not dumbed down . I’m beaten down .My vote doesn’t count . In 1994 60% of California voted for “ no more Mexicans “ ..we got 8 million more . Some of us were fooled by Trumps lies ..Tucker Carlson actually campaigned for him .
Sorry but as far as I know you stole/occupied, in a war of aggression (that's your trademark), California from Mexico. That they find a way to take it back one way or the other is their good right. Why don't you move up north? I bet the Mexicans can manage without you just fine. Like the palestine people would do just fine without the zionist entity.
In your case I just would be happy that they did not burn your house down or blew it up plus raped your wife and daughters, as you people do it together with your friends all over the world, from Okinawa to Palestine and Africa plus Latin America.
That's a no. California is full of football players these days. Plus, Canada is fixing to have a war of attrition and has the largest undefended border on Earth.
Sure thing, the Great state of Mexico has some claims here and there. They prefer a soft power, a demographics game and eventually they prevail. Cause no reasonably pale person would multiply under the current conditions.
How are things going on the other side of the pond?
Here it's going shitty to disastrous, thanks for asking.
We're so far up the US- arse, we can hardly breathe anymore. De-industrialization is accelerating, we celebrate militarism, stupidity and ugliness. We sanction journalists out of society on no legal framework, we declare everyone a 'Putler stooge' that has some sanity left plus we act like the world is okay, booking our next vacation without being able to pay for it from a positive saldo. But we're fine and dandy as George Carlin taught us to say back in the day ;-)
I am sorry to hear that. Do not make me do a Google search on George Carlin, he sounds like an Englishman of sorts. When there is a problem there is a solution. What shall we do - rob a bank to fund a vacation, start a Bolshevick revolution worldwide, or go for proto- matriarchal society with green pastoral scapes minus your ladies in waiting doing EU diplomacy these days.
Aren't you from the nation of engineers and inventors, plus one philosopher buried on Russian grounds. That would be a Königsberg .
I dunno what to say Frank, you are 'right', but you have no compassion for the way American education has been dumbed down and for many turned into a religious indoctrination dungeon.
The absurd claims made are repetition of the propaganda they have been fed by the (now) Jewish controlled MSM.
Hell, just this morning I was confronted by a guy I thought to be rational who still maintains that the Maidan coup was a popular uprising. After all the debate on this subject that goes back and forth over substack, how in the world can such an ignorant position be held?
I confess surprise that you and I are still able to communicate with one another over substack.,
Like I said, you are right. Maybe I'm just jammering on for no reason.
No, I dont think he is correct. The war is still a net loss for the US absent Iranian capitulation
What im saying is the combination of 1) infinite money printer 2) lottery of geography and natural riches and 3) global military power projection and absence of the “war coming home” means that a lot of what we think matters, doesnt
These wars are about reasserting sovereignty. When Indonesia fought and gained independence, the Netherlands wasn't touched but still lost.
Countries are buying less US bonds, meaning higher interest rates. The US ability to borrow without consequence are over. Printing money is a last ditch measure as you increase inflation proportionally.
Global power projection is also reduced.
The US has its natural resources and geography, and will always be powerful, but no longer a hegemon.
Americans are too stupid to again be powerful for decades if not a century. Then there is alway the growing prospect of Civil War.
There have been many articles explaining how the Billionaires plan on creating their own fiefdoms and turning Americans into serfs.
The Overlords (I'm gonna use that from now on. LOL) think their AI will save them. They still plan on ridding themselves of the "useless eaters". They've been quit open about it. Yet, no one believes them.
I do agree though, that the war is nearly over. Not long now until the US forces are pulled away, Trump declares victory and the world reluctantly acknowledges Iran as the winner, a now-global power with its fingers around the throat of the world’s economy.
"So, they make these absurd claims constantly of massive US equipment losses"
Give me an example of that. The claims I've seen from the Iranian government tend to be specific. They have indeed done very significant damage to US bases in US-stooge gulf countries, and they have indeed wiped out US strategic radar assets in the region. They haven't claimed to have taken out thousands of US jets and helicopters, just basically a handful which seem to be real. The surprise is that they're *not* claiming to have taken out a lot more.
"Yet, even with uncontested skies and a month to restore their missile systems, they barely bothered Israel with their last salvo."
Well, they are managing a war and don't want to escalate it into further massive attacks on them. Letting Israel know what they can do if Israel wants to escalate is smart, not stupid.
"In reality, oil is flowing. Despite me not being able to see it or make sense of it, it is undeniable that there is more oil flowing than anyone can comprehend."
Well, actually it's very easy to comprehend the amount of oil flowing. That's the sort of routine comprehension done every day by oil traders. And yes, it is flowing.
It's actually easy for anybody, even those who don't know how to read widely available reports of oil transactions, to get a snapshot of what's going on in oil markets: take a look at the price of Brent oil. It's just under $85 right now, oscillating in the low 80's after being in the high 80's and 90's for a while after a lengthy oscillation above $100.
Low 80's is still a catastrophe for many economies, especially now that reserves have run thin or, in a few cases, run out. Perhaps taking a look at gas in the US priced at $4 and even in a few extreme cases $7 will help you see some of what's going on. It's even higher in many places in Europe.
So the question isn't whether oil is flowing or not, but how much of it is flowing, from where to where is it flowing, and at what price. If just a little bit of that goes wrong, economies around the world suffer. If as much of it goes wrong as is currently happening because of Trump's war on Iran, then economies suffer very badly.
With due respect, your condescending tone is unwelcome and just makes you sound like an a-hole. I happen to be an upstream guy and run a significant industrial concern, so I live this every day. The oil flows out of hormuz are very black box BY DESIGN, else the Iranians would be interdicting them.
Based on my research, the Apache incident may not have happened at all. It could be a completely made-up story, especially considering that the story first appeared on NYT, while neither Iran nor CENTCOM announced it (strange, isn't it?):
Israel doesn't control US policy, but US and Israeli policy has become so intertwined that there is no difference. Don't forget the Overlords of American include a lot of Jews. Larry Ellisons take over of the MSM should provide an example.
Actually, if you autorotate down your odds are very good at getting out before the thing sinks too deep. On any flights overwater they're wearing life vests and could easily stay afloat until extraction. That will happen fast given the massive tactical radar assets on the incident will pinpoint the location for search and rescue.
Autorotation is pretty neat. I remember reading about gyrocopters in Popular Science when I was growing up -- sort of a helicopter with an unpowered top rotor, propelled by a pusher prop. A quick google search shows them still around. As you mention, it also means that a helicopter that loses power can glide down (ie, it doesn't fall like a rock).
The official story is that the helicopter hit a drone that then wedged itself in-between the pilots, while on fire.
This is impossible for several reasons.
First, the Apache pilots do not sit side-by-side in the cockpit. They sit one behind the other, so there is no chance to wedge anything between them.
Second, the drone that they allegedly encountered is about three times as wide as the helicopter, with large, flat wings. It would never fit inside the cockpit.
And Third is that the Iranian radar system had allegedly been destroyed/incapacitated, and thus there would have been no means available to direct the drone into the helicopter.
Plus, of course, everything Trump says is a lie, and this lie is even more implausible than all of his others, so why would he suddenly be telling the truth in this ridiculous, made-up story?
The US has the world’s leading oil exporter is both meaningless and short-lived. The San Juan field, where I live, the Permian, Eagle Ford, Bakken, Deepwater Gulf of Mexico are past the point of diminishing returns. The Red Queen is real. The US oil industry drills faster just to stand still. At $65 oil, roughly one-third of what you produce goes back into the treadmill just to keep running, and as a rough average right now, $66 a barrels is probably just break even on average and the regression line of that data is not pretty.
Our media environment is so fractured that there is no consensus reality. My dad keeps up with the news, but his media diet consists mostly of Fox News and other pro Trump outlets. His understanding of current events might as well be coming from a different dimension, it’s astounding.
In fairness, anyone consuming exclusively mainstream liberal media is almost as ill-informed, but they’re at least aware that Trump is stupid and insane.
Alas, Internet by overwhelming margins is where disinformation, not information can now be found. If you get your news from the web as a matter of simple statistics you're likely to be reading BS, not truth.
More and more content on the web is generated by bots and AI that amplify the echo chamber, which is seeded with propaganda for morons by the billions outfits like the US spend (the Pentagon's budget for propaganda alone is multiple billions). There's also the massive institutional effort to specifically inject propaganda for morons into sites like wikipedia, which many AIs take as gospel truth.
Where older generations have an edge is that they're often better educated and not as witlessly gullible as young people who a) are poorly educated and b) believe whatever idiocy they read on Internet.
I'm wondering why 80 Iranian speed boats would gather together like that in the Straits of Her Moose. Is that photo of them verified as real? I'm supposing the Iranians would only do this act if they knew they wouldn't be engaged by the US. I can imagine the scene if that many speed boats were targeted by A-10, Apache, or fighter jets. I wonder if they had air defence on the boats or were close enough to be covered by land based air defence.
To continue my wondering - I would have expected the US to fill their reserves before selling any oil.
Maybe they know they won't need such a big reserve of oil. Maybe they plan on building more small nuclear reactors to produce their electricity? If they have been able to power their Navy vessels with nuclear reactors - why can't they use the same technology to power US cities? Or cities/areas/countries around the world? I suppose on a boat/sub one has a ready supply of sea water to cool the reactors - although I'm not even sure that is necessary? I heard a guest on Joe Rogan predict that all these new AI data centers would be built with their own small nuclear power reactor. Also that they won't need massive amounts of water but who knows about that.
They have decided to mine Hormuz on industrial scale. It's done with this small fast boats. On 17th May they send 140 such boats for their first mining mission. So those 80 deployed now is rather small contingent.
As to small nuclear reactors - they are useful on warships, even more so on submarines for stealth. For cities are needed huge ones, for economy of scale. And those are build for many years and need large investment. Still, Russia produces 50% worlds enriched uranium for reactors and USA is buying it.
I am still not convinced anyone has actually mined the Strait. Iran denies it and to my knowledge no one has ever provided proof that such mines exist. Certainly I would welcome any such proof, but until then, I call bullshit.
Did Iran admit to that? I doubt it. They have no reason not to if they did the mining. Do you realise how many times that the media has said that Iran has mined the Strait over the last year? It must be the most heavily mined body of water ever. Yet not once have I heard Iran admit that they have done this. If you know differently, please let me know where I can find such info.
My understanding is that this has never been confirmed and certainly Iran has not admitted to any such action. As far as I know it's always been Western media that has made such accusations. Of course, I'm not saying that Iran has not threatened to do such, but it has never acted on it. If you have proof otherwise, I am happy to look at it.
Not really. There is a reason why there is such a push on for small modular reactors. Economies of scale go both ways.... A quick google search (not interested enough to do a deep dive!) says they can be in the 300MW range, where the average large reactor is in the 1 GW range -- less than 4 of the small ones. If you can build the small ones to a standardized plan they should be much cheaper and faster to bring online than large ones. Also, because they are modular, if you need more power you just add another one -- rather more difficult to do with conventional nuclear plants.
don't start with me, it is early. Americana is the third mostly populated country in the world and then there is this freedom of speech. These are all valid questions. And in fact the technology is there. I am not talking about AI data centers, despised by Americans. But a new and improved source of energy. Once it becomes available for the people, oil men automatically become a thing of the past.
Things that we do in Mother Russia for statements like these... But since I landed here some time ago, I can say with full confidence that you are wrong on so many levels. There is a concept of innocents recognized by all the warrior nations united. On top of that count all the diasporas here, all the magnificent people in petroleum engineering departments or rocket science are either Indians or Russians.
Since we never heard about your credentials or what makes you a lovely human being, and actually at this point it does not matter. could you kindly carry on your quest on hating GM or something?
As you said on a previously thread you jump in just to insult some Americans. I guess you get your jollies this way, but it does come off as rather pathetic.
Trump is no mobster nor a genius; he's been bankrupt more than once and is making America get bankrupted by his corrupt and blatantly stupid circle. But who truly controls Trump are his Jewish handlers, as Trump is blackmailed by the Mossad and Americans pay the bill.
As far as israel is concerned, yes, Trump is being blackmailed. Besides that, however, he and his gang of NY jewish mobsters are heavily manipulating the markets and making huge money-laundering profits through the wars in Iran and Ukraine. Trump and his family's wealth alone has skyrocketed since taking office.
It is a mystery to me why you (like all US “commentators” and “experts” ) still devote endless pages to analysing Trump’s brain farts.
Clearly like all other Americans, you are self obsessed fucking idiots, trying to generate a few clicks for a buck , (the only thing that gets any of you out of bed or off Netflix or whatever prescription drug you are on).
Because you septic tank idiot , this was once a quality commentary , until Trump fixation turned it into a tiresome shithole. Pretty well over it. Ok with you captain ‘merica, not that i care.
Septic tank idiot..world class insult right there.
It's still a world class commentary, you dunce..It just so happens we have a US President whose actions are causing major geopolitical shifts in different theaters around the world so guess what..? He's going to likely feature heavy on a lot of geopolitical oriented substacks especially from authors based in the West, if you don't like it..don't read it but don't attack us with your crude, toddler-like, insults.
Just move along then. Ah, but you can’t, can you? Psychologically trapped, hooked and unable to turn away, reduced to insults and bloviating as you search for some sense of power. If you were not so pathetic, you’d just walk away and we’d never hear from you again. 🥱
Such an insightful strategic genius, you should be working for some nondescript intelligence outfit rather than flopping around like a half dead fish in a yack head social media puddle.
It has consequences worldwide and that's the reason why people around the world turn against 'you' in an more and more unfriendly and even hostile manner.
What you US people still want to believe is that we, the rest of the world are distinguish between the common US citizen and your government. That only flies for so long since the historical example is given when Stalin said: 'The Hitler come and go but the German people stay.' Now fascism is back in Germany, almost full scale and supported by dumbed down Germans who have grown up with worship of the USA for 70 years.
Fascism and open criminality is not back, because it was always there but back out in the open in the USA, as Aaron Good has proved in his dissertation, manifested as ICE and D. Trump plus many others.
The US citizens try to cope with that and blame all and everyone else for this not seeing that they are the enabler of genocide, oppression, theft, robbery and extracting the wealth out of places world wide.
I fear it's going to end terribly for you over there if you do not get a meaningful resistance going - soon.
It's not against you, Jullianne, it's just that I think you are one of the few able to grasp what I am saying.
The consequences are mainly media consequences which is why it is irrelevant. The only real consequence is the collapse of “the Great Satan” as an Iranian once described the shit hole of a place.
You quote Stalin Order # 55 of 23 Feb 1942 which had that line in a very long document as a retort to foreign press stating Red Army would eradicate German State and German Volk.
Fascism is not back in Germany: Nazism was never Italian Fascism and the people who today mouth Nazi platitudes are the same genus that did so in the past not new converts.
Is everyone here an American (except you naturally)? I was just certain that I lived in the UK (of course, some would argue that the UK is part of America). Having said that though, I think we are in a much worse condition mentally, living in a country not only captured but immensely enamoured with Little Satan - not just the government as is the case with most Western countries, but also the general population (though I think that is changing as more Palestinian families are viewed being burned alive in their own homes, thanks to the most moral army in the world).
If Trump were a character in a novel, he would look way too contrived, way too ridiculous to be believable. And he's way too ridiculous IRL too! How anyone (with a functioning mind, that is) could support him at this point is completely beyond me, except maybe someone who likes him because he makes him or her feel like a smart, stable genius.
He is a brilliant frontman for all the bonkers policies that the backroom boys had in the drawer for that moment when US hegemony would really come under the threat. The problem was finding someone daft enough to push them out that the people would be daft enough to vote in. Not easy but not impossible, as we now know. Trump was a long time in the crafting, and now we are experiencing the finished product. Like a firework.
I struggle with describing a psychopathic maniac as 'flawed'.
That aside, B, someone has to be given the credit for running him against a person who did not know what day it was, who anyone was, or even what he was saying while he was saying it.
Seizing something and keeping hold of it, are two very different things. The more Trump grabs the more he is going to have to do to keep the grabs. There are some cost benefit chickens here yet to return to the roost. Herein is the frightening cost of Trump's ADHD.
Afghanistan is a shining example of this political myopia.
Trump is accomplishing his mission beautifully. In his hiring interview his mentors asked him: Who can you lie to, fool and mislead? Almost everybody, he answered. I stick to Berletics view. This is a long dated strategy being carried out no matter who the puppet president is or may say
I find that those who disagree with Berletic don't understand his point.
MacGregor for instance insists that Israel controls American policy because "look at AIPAC in Congress".
Berletic doesn't deny AIPAC, he just points out that the Jewish Supremacists who finance AIPAC don't live in Israel. And there's no reason to think that different factions of the Oligarchy who might not be identified as Jews would not support the policies that will enrich them.
I've lately begun to wonder though about "limited hangouts" and how the Jewish Billionaires are being exposed. Is it a race to see if they can consolidate their power first, or will the "Boston Brahmins" (my label for the "not Jew" Oligarchy, kind of stupid but the best I have right now) find a way of undercutting their power.
Quite the predictions.
Fits the character of the dying Beast
Fantasy world.
Zionism (and Occupied Palestine) have always been little more than a Rothschild tool to support their interests in controlling energy flows.
BTW, I'm trying to envision the idea of someone holding a hot turd.... why would they do that?
LOL maybe they like the turd...
It's a kosher delicacy.
Victor,
You can't polish a hot turd , but you can roll it in glitter....
LOL
Gary?
Not to worry….Spectre is just injecting messaging into the pool….more like a protocol.
The Samson option says hello.
Or maybe the Samson Option threat is about as potent as their highly vaunted Iron Dome or David Sling or Thaad or whatever other wunderwaffe grifting drivel they've setup.
Predictions usually lead either to praise or egg-on-the-face.
You have to say to yourself, "Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?"
Those predictions are warning to people across the world what to expect shortly. Not for praise.
By the end of 2027 most of us will be already gone from the surface of Earth. Global depopulation plan started in 2020 is rapidly gaining it's speed.
Artificial Intelligence and robots are taking over humans.
Maybe....maybe not.

I’m going to have to go with, “A man’s got to know his limitations,” a message the Iranians seem to have recentlty been delivered in the Jordanian desert, among other places, but has not been taken to heart by Mr. Trump.
The Golden Billion.

How very oracular of you…
We are still waiting for Mexico to pay for the border wall that Trump never finished. Nobody believes anything he says.
That will have to wait a bit longer, they spent their monies on the World Cup.
World Cup security and visa controls against countries they don't like.
Works that way as well, but I had cunning Mexicans in mind. Reneged on Trump like this. Never trust a Latino.;)
Trust New Yorkers even less.
Mexicans have to be cunning, considering their northern neighbour.
Gringo is in his own cunning league. ;)
Pobre México, tan lejos de Dios, y tan cerca de los Estados Unidos.
Africa nations shoulda boycotted south Africa, where the imported engineers and doctors are murdered and/or expelled by their fellow black oppressors.
What a blast from the past! The Wall.....
The world is going to be littered with half baked, unfinished, Trumpian wet dreams......
and all the pain that has to be dealt with as a result.
At least Biden’s build back better promise delivered nothing.
I wish I could give that more than one uptick :-))
Old saying- first do no harm.
One must admit that the sheer amount of BS-ing from the Executive Branch is seriously devaluing The Orange Man….
Jross
<<<<<<there are claims that the Iranian government media have embraced this and made happy noises about it. <<<<<
You are the first person that I have seen make such a claim. Every other source that I look at says the opposite. That is that the Iranian government people who are in a position to speak about Iranian policy say Iran rejects the truth of Trump's claim about an agreement. The say that nothing has changed during negotiations.
I wonder what the source for your claim is.
This is a Israeli War.
This is as good/bad as a Tom&Jerry.
FWIW: Siimplicius did not say, "US plans to dominate the oil market wasnt that bad after all."
He said that Trump's plan revealed itself. Where does he say this was a "good thing"?
He went on to say, "The question is, how much of this is merely illusory short term gain in exchange for long-term strategic losses"
He's leaving the judgement of the results up to you. I appreciate that.
” What to many looks like “madness”—the wayward Ukraine war policies, et al—appears in retrospect to perhaps have had some “method” to it, after all.”
Yeah, and so?
That hardly justifies your harsh retort:
"US plans to dominate the oil market wasn't that bad after all"
But perhaps I read more into it than you meant.
What S meant was that US, regardless of seaminless crazy incoherent politics, has succeeded in becomimg a major supplier of LNG and having control of oil market. Yes. I did some extras on that.
Yes the US is a major supplier of energy.
When is telling the truth suppose to be hammered as a "bad thing"?
You distort what I wrote. Simplicius did also see that US plans is not erratic.
They are evil nevertless.
Chip
Reuters said that.
I find different numbers (not important).
It is different types of oil.
The headline is a propaganda lie easily debunked. The US is third.
NOW, with Saudi exports restricted and the US and Russia nearly tied, perhaps "something" changed in the last month or two.
https://worldpopulationreview.com/country-rankings/oil-exports-by-country
Been studying this for decades. Numbers are all over the place and yes, different types of oil/nat gas liquids etc... BUT, the aggregate numbers always boil down to the fact that, in general, the US produces what it consumes. So it CANNOT become the worlds largest oil exporter unless there is some new drastic find. They can export by drawing on the SPR and that's the only way... Chip
Chip, you are confusing "net" imports/exports with exports alone.
Yes, the US imports more than it exports and thus is a "net consumer".
IOW: Imports - Exports == negative.
But it is the 3rd largest exporter of petroleum products according to several sources.
This is one of those issues that it is "true" but ignores other facts that would make it "false".
You say "net" I say "aggregate" and we're both meaning the same thing. Saying the JUSA is the largest exporter is just a shell game ignoring how much of other grades we import. We're saying the same thing John... Chip
Valid points, but incorrect re: “Simplicius writes”
yes.
If you have a better idea, give it up.
great comment John.
Americans can whine all they want about restrictions on freedom in China, but when the Capitalists steal your wealth, your freedoms don't exist anyway.
https://www.noemamag.com/what-the-west-misunderstands-about-power-in-china/
I dunno, I probably didn't directly respond to your points
Hi Alarmist - not sure what OPM (opium ? )
Yes but Trump is also a Satanist and a psychopath - that third temple weirdo stuff
and that ridiculous woman - its actually Luciferian not so much Satanic - but the Epstein people are Satanists...cannibalism is Satanism
Other Peoples’ Money, which is the financial equivalent of opium/heroin/crack.
News on Venezuela has gone quiet. Any indications the Venezuelans are going to revolt or tear up the agreement with the US?
What agreement is that ?
You mean $100bn in oilfield investment ? Doubt Shareholder Value and Fiduciary Obligation would permit that
Venezuela is doing relatively okay.
I can't speak for the SW hemisphere nation in which I live, but on a local level it's certainly a topic of discussion.
As far as I know, many of the oil that the USA wins is of a light sort that is limited in what you can crack out of it. They still need to import the heavy crude for achieving to make many products.
This is where Venezuela comes in....
But V's oil infrastructure and export facilities are in a bad way, requiring big investment of which US oilco's are wary.
@Victor
Some day, maybe.
@Victor
One more time:
Wrecking everyone else's economies degrades/destroys/drastically slows down "third world" development and prevents much use of non renewable resources in their countries of origin, which resources (in the long run) can be used by the USA/"The West" instead of wasted on improving the lives of those uppity natives who merely live in the land holding such resources. This has been the basis of US foreign policy since shortly after the end of WWII, see linked PDF:
https://www.nefp.online/_files/ugd/63d11a_136d0855070647ba803e05cea0bc4c83.pdf
As I understand it, Venezuelan oil is very difficult to pipe. It's very thick and needs to be blended with naphthalene in order to get it to flow easily. This, and the failing oil infrastructure there, make this oil very costly at present... Chip
Naptha (a liquid solvent) not napthalene (a solid, used for old fashioned moth balls).
I stand corrected Sir!
The war feels nearly over
I am trying seriously to make sense out of your senseless comment.
What I know for sure is that the USA has become the laughing stock of the rest of the world since it's citizens showed how dumbed down and incapable they have become.
The absurd claims they make to cope with what they do not understand - in that they mirror their president for sure.
Applies to their commentators, including this one. The Trump blowfly goes round and round in the empty room of their heads.
This blog is seriously turning into a repository of losers. Whether you like it or not doesnt change reality. Suggest you get out of your parentd basement, get on a plane, and see whats happening in the world
Perhaps you need to find a more intellectually satisfying, reality-based blog than this loser.
Uh I’m not dumbed down . I’m beaten down .My vote doesn’t count . In 1994 60% of California voted for “ no more Mexicans “ ..we got 8 million more . Some of us were fooled by Trumps lies ..Tucker Carlson actually campaigned for him .
The lobby runs things in the USA ..even Trump
Well, if the 'rest of the world' consists of those commenters you agree with (and therefore read). But you know it for sure....
Possibly the worst post I've read on Substack this week.
This is why the world doesn't take Americans seriously anymore.
So don't listen to Trump, but Trump is essentially correct?
Power requires an educated public.
Just look at th3 muted oil futures market ..a nothingburger
So if you refine oil in 2027 you can fill up cheaper than now
How are corn futures and copper futures ?
I deny what you claim is undeniable.
I do agree though, that the war is nearly over. Not long now until the US forces are pulled away, Trump declares victory and the world reluctantly acknowledges Iran as the winner, a now-global power with its fingers around the throat of the world’s economy.
So pretty happy with the gig at Fox news
John,
Just the other day during their retaliatory strikes on Jordan/KSA they claimed to destroy a score of aircraft
https://ua.news/en/world/iran-zaiaviv-pro-raketnii-udar-po-bazi-ssha-v-iordaniyi-z-vinishchuvachami-f-35-ta-f-16
With regard to oil
With due respect, your condescending tone is unwelcome and just makes you sound like an a-hole. I happen to be an upstream guy and run a significant industrial concern, so I live this every day. The oil flows out of hormuz are very black box BY DESIGN, else the Iranians would be interdicting them.
Based on my research, the Apache incident may not have happened at all. It could be a completely made-up story, especially considering that the story first appeared on NYT, while neither Iran nor CENTCOM announced it (strange, isn't it?):
- https://geopolitiq.substack.com/p/new-us-iran-skirmishes?r=25fc37
The latest developments suggest that Trump has now applied the Israeli model of "fake ceasefire" in Gaza and Lebanon to Iran, i.e. saying that there is a "ceasefire", but violating it whenever he wants: https://geopolitiq.substack.com/p/trump-has-applied-the-israeli-model?r=25fc37
The longer this drags on the more obvious it becomes that this is all frigging make believe.
"Wag the Dog" was a documentary.
Not really.
Israel doesn't control US policy, but US and Israeli policy has become so intertwined that there is no difference. Don't forget the Overlords of American include a lot of Jews. Larry Ellisons take over of the MSM should provide an example.
There is no dog, there is no tail.
Only a bunch of ticks.
Gulf of Tonkin again…….still fascinating how crew survive a helicopter crash over water…..must be CGI
The Apache flies very low on tactical missions so probably no RADAR, the Apache does have the black box and a transponder and the pilots as well.
The story is a sea drone picked up the pilots.
I am thinking it's another BS story.
Are Americans aware that the world sees Trump as a raving lunatic?
Our media environment is so fractured that there is no consensus reality. My dad keeps up with the news, but his media diet consists mostly of Fox News and other pro Trump outlets. His understanding of current events might as well be coming from a different dimension, it’s astounding.
In fairness, anyone consuming exclusively mainstream liberal media is almost as ill-informed, but they’re at least aware that Trump is stupid and insane.
Yes and older generations are often not internet savvy which is where information can now be found.
Where older generations have an edge is that they're often better educated and not as witlessly gullible as young people who a) are poorly educated and b) believe whatever idiocy they read on Internet.
most americans see him that way too...
Oh, we think he is as well.
Democrats are very aware. It's Republicans who have their heads in the sand.
Great Report!
Cheers!
The mines can be deployed from coastal bases as well.
I am still not convinced anyone has actually mined the Strait. Iran denies it and to my knowledge no one has ever provided proof that such mines exist. Certainly I would welcome any such proof, but until then, I call bullshit.
I gave you info above - on Sunday morning 17th May some 140 speed boats mined Hormuz
Yes, they did inform formally.
I have posted link at that time.
That's when Charles de Gaulle aircraft carrier came within Iran's shooting range and they were warned no to come any closer
Thanks
Obviously an American
Who me?
Yes you. “Great report” - if you think a blowfly in an empty room is a report, let alone a good one.
It's just my usual comment. It is a greater report/thing than I could do. I appreciate the work done.
Sorry if that angers you in some way.
Is there anything else besides that opening remark that you might be able to comment on?
don't start with me, it is early.
Maybe, but it is populated by fat useless redneck venal idiots and wokes . A large number of those is hardly an advantage, quite the contrary.
And the corrupt pedos that govern you are even worse.
Not as pathetic as the US fanboys
Presumably you are a Navy Seal with a degree in rocket science from Degrees R Us
Have you nothing better to do with yourself. Speaks more about your own vanity than anything else. And no I'm not an American
I'll have you know I have a degree in underwater basket-weaving - so yes; basically a Navy Seal...
Funny to see fake news issued as the truth, it takes two to end a war and Iran hasn't agreed to anything, Trump is dealing with himself.
He is dealing with the 'markets'.
Precisely. He is a NY mobster raking in the money for him and his mobster friends.
There oughta be a law - OTOH, who would obey it?
I hope Axios gets charged with market manipulation.
Why are you even over here then, you moron?
Your commentators are as dumbed down as your leadership as is proven by the predictable mediocre tat they churn out for clicks.
The major geopolitical shifts are being planned elsewhere, flushing yourself down the S-bend , while screaming threats doesn’t amount to jack shit.
Your inanely obsessive focus on the perambulations of your pedo class makes you totally oblivious to it.
Oh, because they have worldwide consequences, H.
Only in your myopic American fantasy land , where some apparently believe your shit hole of country matters to people fortunate to live outside it.
But then, your population is the most brainwashed and brain dead in the world.
Ho Hum
Just move along then. Ah, but you can’t, can you? Psychologically trapped, hooked and unable to turn away, reduced to insults and bloviating as you search for some sense of power. If you were not so pathetic, you’d just walk away and we’d never hear from you again. 🥱
Poor US fanboys, not happy with insults. How dare anyone. You aren’t a traffic cop , move yourself along boy
I knew you’d be unable to resist. Pathetic, really. Oh, and NOT a US fanboy, by the way, but nice try, little lady.
You seem clearly disturbed. Perhaps two aspirin, lots of liquids and some bedrest?
Thanks for your concern. But just a mild case of sick of listening to yank blowhards.
Not like a full blown normal American paranoid psychosis ,the default mental state in your country.
You might know the cure for that sickness.
Immigration
I meant your mild case of being sick of listening to yank blowhards.
Well there is an amusement factor.
Like running along the front of the monkey enclosure with a stick on the bars. The monkeys tend to get quite aggressive, which is the point of it.
Good hews is fireworks are active for a limited time....they end in a pathetic fizzle.
The truly sad thing is that as flawed as Trump is (and that is very flawed indeed) he was still better for the US than the person he ran against.
I struggle with describing a psychopathic maniac as 'flawed'.
That aside, B, someone has to be given the credit for running him against a person who did not know what day it was, who anyone was, or even what he was saying while he was saying it.
I was actually speaking of Harris, not Biden -- though it could easily have applied to either.
Yep, Trumptards have special needs.
TBF (and cringe-making though this is), I actually celebrated his election at the time.
But that was on the basis of what he had promised to so.
True, but of course that doesn't mean it will be successful.
Berletic. "Continuity of Agenda". Right On!
Perhaps civil war even.
Well, I went well beyond Berletic's stance.
