Most likely, these prisoners were sent to Chechnya in order to later try to exchange them for Akhmat fighters. It is unlikely that these prisoners are being held at the Special Forces Academy; this part of the story is most likely a fake. It seems to me that Kadyrov simply ordered the killing of several prisoners in response to the attack on the special forces academy.
