There is nothing ambiguous about SMO, it is clearly defined.
"These three* components correspond to levels of leadership, which translate into leadership structures and the space in which military operations are conducted. For simplicity’s sake, let’s say that the strategic level ensures the management of the theater of war (Театр Войны) (TV); a geographically vast entity, with its own command and control structures, within which there are one or more strategic directions.
The theater of war comprises a set of theaters of military operations (Театр Военных Действий) (TVD), which represent a strategic direction and are the domain of operative action. These various theaters have no predetermined structure and are defined according to the situation. For example, although we commonly speak of the “war in Afghanistan” (1979-1989) or the “war in Syria” (2015-), these countries are considered in Russian terminology as TVDs and not TVs.
The same applies to Ukraine, which Russia sees as a theater of military operations (TVD) and not a theater of war (TV), which explains why the action in Ukraine is referred to as a “Special Military Operation” (Специальная Военная Операция - Spetsial’naya Voyennaya Operatsiya—SMO) and not a “war.
The use of the word “war” would imply a different structure of conduct than that envisaged by the Russians in Ukraine, and would have other structural implications in Russia itself.”.
Biletsky is now being mentioned as one of the potential candidates for a president. Interim President Turchinov, that essentially started the conflict with his ATO, is descendant of OUN / UPA people, IIRC. Likewise Yatsenyuk, who was prime minister. We can go on like this.
Ukrainian ethno-nationalists are freezing their semen to have kids posthumuously, Mendel lady told us populations is down to 14 million, excluding the pensioners (generous in my opinion), they are utterly failed state without money, weapons, anything.
So no population, not much weaponry, not much army, which is approaching 50 years per soldier on average, etc.
It seems to me goals are being achieved. SMO is still underway.
His previous tricks - pull NATO into direct conflict, so they would have to further support Ukraine. More funds, more corruption, more arms to be sold on the black market.
He might also try to deflect arrest of Yermak, who is implicating him in participation in corruption. Until he is a president (even an illegal), he is off limit for criminal prosecution. Exactly same scenario with Natanyahu and Trump - until they are leaders they is legally untouchable.
Coup against Zelensky inside Ukraine is brewing, in face of Ukrainian army losing capability to fight without European weapons. They need to prepare exit - capitulation and dividing Ukraine into 2 countries. A larger part, with Odessa and seaports, associated with Russia. The rest in West border areas and spilling into Poland and Slovakia, which will be practically occupied by Banderites, with Jewish american participation.
Ukraine doesn't have intelligence in Moscow to know is such detail. Zelensky is using Mossad feed.
Russia doesn't want to expand Ukrainian front and create European front, in face of Iran war huge and precise second strike by USA/Israel, now Saudis, Emiratis and 41 coalition led by France and UK to take over Hormuz with warships.
So his revelations are just of what he was ordered by Natanyahu.
Israel needs to tide up Russia in Ukraine and in Europe, so they won't be able to support Iran theatre. Russia knows it very well.
The 3 WW has started and will be rolling on many different fronts around the world for many years to come. Russia has to be ready to actively be there also.
Asia and Pacific are more important for them long term, than what is Europe now. Europe will self-destruct, disintegrate by itself.
A lot of speculation and wishful thinking but its alright! Its plausible that Israel is deeply involved with Ukraine regime (Azov or not) and doing what they can to tie Russia down.
Mikey, with respect I think it's plausible that the Israelis have a strong interest in the re-establishment of Khazaria as a new homeland for the Settler Nasties and will continue to achieve that Goal. Further, imo it's a shame that VVP appears to have a soft spot for the elitist, supremacist twats.
Yes. There has been more than hints that Ukraine could be a promised land and there is some metastazing going on in Cyprus and Argentina and God knows where else.
Nathan Khazin: The Zionist Commander of Ukraine’s “Jewish Hundred”
"But Khazin’s involvement didn’t stop at symbolism. In 2014, as fighting spread to Donbass, he became an early backer and field contributor to the newly formed Azov Battalion. Drawing from his IDF experience, he helped train Azov fighters in close-quarters tactics, drone reconnaissance, and battlefield coordination. Publicly photographed alongside Azov symbols, Khazin insisted that the unit’s antisemitism was overstated, even fabricated. “Antisemitism isn’t happening,” he told reporters. He framed Azov as a defense force, not an ideology."
"in face of Ukrainian army losing capability to fight without European weapons" Men rounded up in the streets and sent to the front, even wearing uniforms, I don't call that an army, at best they're carnival participants. Santa Claus is just a man in disguise, not Santa Claus.
Specific to decision making centres in Ukraine, such plans will always have been an option 'on the table' and, I imagine, Ukraine will always have been prepared for them. If you ask me, it is just trolling in Russia's inimitable fashion. Same as the Belarus invasion; strategic ambiguity to keep Ukraine off balance.
I do not believe the nation state model is an entirely valid way of looking at the world.
First one needs to determine who the real decision makers are, independent of the military and economic status of the nation states where they may reside. Then one can locate them on a map.
I'm not so sure that London is equivalent to Berlin in this regard.
First, you don't need to both flatten Kiev and hit Europe. Flattening Kiev with shock and awe would work. Bomb the airport? Hit the government? Shut down electronics with an EMP? Take out politicians and generals? Claim the Donbas by bombing the bridges and cutting the Ukie army off from supplies?
If you are going to hit Europe, hit the Rothschild banks financing all the wars. No banks, no more wars.
I inferred that you are suggesting that London is no more a decision making center than Berlin these days on the basis that Britain is no longer a military or economic power.
While I agree that Britain is no longer a military or economic power I'm not sure that decisions are made by nation states, nor by presidents or prime ministers. I believe that they are instead made largely by oligarchs who control and influence nation states through a combination of candidate selection management, blackmail and bribery.
I believe that a considerable number of such oligarchs (and a portion of their espionage apparatus) continue to reside in Britain and that therefore one could argue that London remains a decision-making center despite Britain's declining power as a nation state. I don't believe that these oligarchs who happen to reside in and around London are in any way tied to Britain and its people in their decisions.
Yes, Berlin, proxy or not, they willing choose to continue the war in Ukraine, and it's well documented that command and control of the Ukraine war is run out of US bases such as Wiesbaden. Not to mention the recent drone factories in Bavaria.
Russia didn't even dare to hit NATO bases in Germany and Poland from where the war has been directed when it claims to be at war with NATO...poor decision making and over cautious Putin has lost Russian deterrence. And western warmongers knew he wouldn't.
please read the following again and try to figure out what camp you belong to:
"there are likely many at the top echelons of the Euro-cabal and Brussels mafia that would love for Russian hardliners to take charge and attack Europe because it would give the dying EU and NATO the casus belli it needs to sell war to the stupefied population, and allow them that great reset of the financial system..."
From observations of many onlne conversations from the perspective of "Pro Ukraine" or "Pro Russia" I find the latter's arguments desiring to avoid or prevent such an outcome. If their is now cries for such an outcome it is more out of frustration and a desire to deliver what Europeans have been infatuated in getting. The Pro Ukrainian arguments since the beginning have always been in favour of the globalist agenda and an expansion and intensification of the conflict.
That is happening regardless now and Russia allowed them to reach here with its soft stand. And I'm not sure Russia or China and their allies are against this financial reset, whatever it entails.
Rashmi, from what I understand a large part of what it entails is a Malthusian flavoured Eugenics as espouse by the likes of the WEF amongst many others who seek the destruction of the "useless eaters" or "goyim" etc.
The pattern is repeating: geopolitical crisis plus bio-emergency (the hantavirus) narrative creates the perfect cover for another round of liquidity deployment.
Europe is rearming not to defend democracy, nor merely to keep the dream of productivism alive. Europe is rearming because the boost to the military sector legitimises more stimulus, and therefore more debt-creation.
I believe EU countries would be wise to teach Arabic and Turkish to Germany. Learning Russian would be a liberation, a blessing for them. I'm skeptical that this will ever happen. War in Ukraine, LGBTQ parade in Odessa, a gift from EU girls. This is an opportunity for the TCC to carry out a mass roundup. L'krainien est un dialecte de paysans.
If Russia chooses to attack Europe it will be covertly. They have nothing to gain by an open attack. Only, as Simplicius says, to galvanise the Euro peons into fighting Russia.
Thinking about it, I guess that's one of the factors restraining the Europeans from attacking Iran. The Russians could then use Iran as a proxy for a direct attack on strategic European assets.
"Only, as Simplicius says, to galvanise the Euro peons into fighting Russia." Galvanizing little girls, eunuchs? What are you smoking? Get serious guys or you'll end up as clowns in the great kyiv circus.
I think you underestimate the stupidity of the European public. There are still many who would 'answer the call' if directly attacked. Probably not enough, though, but such an attack would be used to justify conscription.
I am European, a former professional soldier, and even back then, young people were complaining about conscription. I left the EU because of the EU, and from the outside, I observed the transformation of the population, of fearful, whiny, and submissive little girls. If the legend you're telling us were true, the EU would have armies of millions of men, Ukraine would welcome tens of thousands of European mercenaries every month, and it would resort to roundups in the streets, rounding up both fit and unfit soldiers. On the contrary, not only do these European mercenaries arrive in dribs and drabs, but they flee even faster than they came. The EU is currently invaded and occupied, as its people say. Everyone talks about uprisings, about others, and demands action from the state that created these situations and remains as weak and terrorized as they are. If you're so sure your legend can become reality, then let me ask you these questions: have you ever been to a barracks yourself? If not, why don't you rush there? Would you fight for Kyiv, the EU, NATO, your leaders, your political class, their self-proclaimed elite? The rest is just fantasy. I think, I think, I believe, I believe, but only about others, not myself. Know that in the event of a conflict within the EU, the member states will no longer belong to the native populations; the invaders will seize them. They are, in fact, a real army.
I think you misunderstand me. At the moment few are prepared to fight for Ukraine but if, for example, the UK - my own country - were directly attacked by Russia there would be many who would volunteer. I suspect the same can be said of most European nations. It is a basic, almost instinctive, patriotism - "our country, right or wrong".
Personally, I do not have such patriotism and would not fight for any of the causes you list; in fact, I am anti-EU, anti-Nato and anti my own inept government.
As I said, the number of such volunteers would probably not be enough and governments would undoubtedly use any such attack to introduce conscription whether we like it or not. As to the quality of those conscripts, that is another matter but suspect you may be right.
In very recent history Ukrainians and Russians would think its utter BS they could fight and kill each other, they are so close historically and so inter-married you cannot tell one from the other, but here we are. Never underestimate the "banksters" ability to steer the populace into needed direction.
Since war doesn't scare you and you're calling for a European conflict, you should start by joining a barracks to prepare yourself; they'll teach you how to handle a handbag there.
All the big talkers here, especially the nuke promotors would shit their pants at the first serious detonation in their neighborhood.
Let's talk again when their street is showing dead people laying around with limbs ripped off of them on their way to the super market.
Sometimes I think they all need a lesson to fear war more than anything else.
But it's like the soldier who until his final moment thinks that the bullet will not hit him but his comrade by his side. Otherwise no one with a sane mind ever would go into the trenches.
And then the talk of 'taking out'. What does 'taken out' really means?
Are they afraid to talk about murdering/killing a mother that wont be able to return home and feed her starving child? Are they afraid to call it what Israel is doing in Gaza, the Westbank and Libanon?
There is already a European war going on..the idea is to nip in the bud the chances of a mad all out European war by a strong Russian response to already involved NATO centres. That might deter them since sensible advice and strong words or economic hardships haven't.
Well, when we look at what Iran has done to US bases in the Gulf, we see NATO/US are in fact the paper tigers. The Russians are surely taking notes.....but the Europeans foolishly think the US will back them in a conflict, article 5 makes no such promises.
What gradual escalation? There is none. If there was, Ukrainian decision making centers would have been struck long ago, and theyd be working on striking London
I think you might be forgetting the original intentions/goals Russia had when beginning this "war," and that was to move toward a more secure position for Russia itself, the destruction of NATO, and the elimination of the neo-nazies. However you choose to look at it, the slow progress of Russia has given the enemy enough rope to hang itself: both the US and NATO are almost completely out of weapons now (what were used were shown to be very ineffective); NATO is falling apart as in displaying no coherence or unity; the European governments are shown to the world and their own people to be totally corrupt and incompetent; Europe is falling apart in every way and cannot provide for their own people in energy, resources, or soon-to-be food.
You can only hope Europe/Ukraine wake up and negotiate peace, but this appears to be unlikely. So when called upon, Russia will probably strike a delusional Europe. Their army and weapons are superior to anything in the world.
I guess you missed the ever increasing mass drone and missile attacks on the Ukraine which keep growing in intensity as well as the ongoing destruction of infrastructure and the continued opening of new fronts.
Russia has been in an entirely defensive loss minimization posture (in which it is doomed to be destroyed eventually if nothing changes) since around March 30th 2022.
exactly. Even the hardliners like Karaganov avoid or pretend to forget about the real handlers of Ukraine and the EU, probably not to upset the dubious Chinese, who think can still continue with their world trade avoiding war. Russia depends on China. So the anglosaxons will keep striking without consequences to weaken and prevent the development of any competitor for world dominance. Its still the great game against Russia.
>>...probably not to upset the dubious Chinese, who think can still continue with their world trade avoiding war. Russia depends on China.<<
Sorry Yoni but both assumptions are incorrect in my opinion.
Since when is it dubious to avoid war and promote trade and understanding? China has a totally different way of looking at the world. They're around since 5000 years, their time scale is not bound to western projection/fantasies.
Same with dependence of Russia on China - it's the western zero sum game assumption of the situation between Russia and China. China has no interest whatsoever in having a dependent Russia hanging on his skirt. They know that a really strong Russia makes them stronger also.
The west is not the world. The west is just about to choke on their own contradictions and why stop the decaying anglosaxons from rotting away into become meaningless entities?
Neither China or Russia is seeking world dominance, that's western projection.
I agree, in the Daniel Davis interview alluded to, the Russian ambassador describes their view that they are the 'grown-up' or responsible adult in this situation. Not seeking annihilation or world domination.
The USSR was doomed the moment Khrushchev started with the "peaceful coexistence" crap.
That put it on the defensive automatically, and if you are permanently on the defensive, you will be destroyed eventually, which is what happened.
Decolonization in the subsequent 15-20 years made it look like the USSR wasn't losing, because much of the Third World was looking up to the USSR as a model for rapid modernization, and that even forced its hand into intervention and direct support of a lot of those countries, but without a coherent plan for defeating the capitalist West that ended up just draining the USSR resources.
Modern Russia has learned the entirely wrong lesson from that and concluded that betraying all allies is the way to go so that they are not a drain on resources, which in pratice has literally meant that Russia now has to fight the war not "over there" but on its own soil, as it has been surrounded and encircled through that repeated process of shedding former allies because the Kremlin couldn't be bothered to support them.
And still there are no proper lessons learned and no shift to a proactive policy...
That's precisely my point. Russia and China thought they could develop together through BRICS, but got it wrong. They thought that a peaceful development was possible regardless of the world hegemon. China started selling US bonds, dedollarising, hoarding gold, connecting pipelines to Russia, building ports worldwide, investing in Africa. But this was wishful thinking. The empire will shortcircuit and degrade any attempt for parity, peaceful or not. Why wouldnt they? The geographical position of the US is strategically superior. China and Russia are maritime choked countries. In addition, China is an export based completely capitalist economy. They are slave of marchandise circulation in a time of world market collapse, possibly the terminal phase of world capitalism as predicted by Marx. They cannot do what they wish. They are determined by marchandise production, robotics, digitalisation, all components of capital transformation into dead assets. In my opinion, they are delusional and will be forced to change course and soon.
I only partially agree and I don't share your view on China.
The world has not stood still the last 200 years and the strategically, geographical position of the USA has not the same meaning than even 20 years ago.
I am convinced that the hegemon will no longer have the means and power to short-circuit and degrade any major power any longer.
Your way to look at it is based on the assumption that the hegemon has unlimited resources and power, that's no longer is the case though.
The USA are rotting away from the inside and China does not need the USA since it has 60% of the word population on it's doorstep.
You should probably read the Chinese readout from what Xi told Trump at his visit.
China has not interest in war but it has the means and the power to go to war if the US keeps acting stupid. And China is not alone, many countries would - if not directly participate in such a fight - support China and Russia for that case to eliminate the hegemon, no matter what its geographical coordinates are. As for now it's an economic struggle and China is winning by maintaining peace and stability for as long as possible.
I agree with your arguments in general. Just one observation: the geographical situation of the USA was advantageous until very recently. The development of missile technology has changed this fact.
The US war against Iran has shown that surface fleets, especially aircraft carriers are no longer able to achieve any strategic superiority.
Just imagine a situation in which Iran had 24 Backfire equivalents armed with Tsirkon missiles.
Also, bases scattered all over the globe are more a liability than an asset.
Interior lines of communication are more advantageous today.
In my opinion, Russia and China do not want an armed conflict, but were there an alliance of those countries, they would be militaryly superiority to NATO by a large margin in conventional power.
In a nuclear war there would be no victory for any side.
My contention is that the best way to avoid a real war, now, is for Putin to release a list of several thousand heirs and architects of the anti-Russian plans over the past centuries. Only naming the source and making clear that real war will be prosecuted against individuals not nations, can bring the risk home.
I think the Russians should have done this a long time ago.
Allowing Zelensky to play narco-president and bullshit the world about democratic values was a huge mistake. Hypothetically speaking, had he been taken out, along with the other elements of corruption and banderitism that have joined hips with the British and Americans, the equation would be significantly different.
In my interpretation of geopolitics. In order for Russia to create a safe zone, it needs to take the remaining areas of the oblasts that are now part of Russian Federation along with Mikolaiv and Odessa.
Ukraine must be rendered toothless and to do that, the access the sea is critical. Cut that off, and you have cut off a huge part of the problem and created a control mechanism for every ship entering and leaving Ukronaziland.
"Decolonisation" of Russia is now in the public realm now, not a "plausible deniability anymore".
"People’s Deputy of the 7th Verkhovnaya Rada from Svoboda All-Ukrainian Union Irina Farion: “After all, we need to learn to read our history as it is and understand that Moscow is our number one enemy. This is the path forward for our nation. This is our programme and our action plan. Rise up, break the chains, and sprinkle freedom with enemy’s evil blood, enemy’s, not our own!.”"
She is with Bandera already.
"Former Acting President of Ukraine and former Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine Alexander Turchinov: “Its numerous strong and serious neighbours are viewing Russia, especially eastern Russia, as canned goods that need to be opened in the near future.”"
He started the war essentially with his Anti-Terorist Operation against his east Ukrainian compatriots, in April 2014.
"Former Acting President of Ukraine and former Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine Alexander Turchinov: “For me, “Russian world” means Russian tanks and Russian MLRS. The people that support such “Russian world” must be, excuse me, put behind bars for a long time, or destroyed.”"
"People’s Deputy Andrey Biletsky: “We must use these opportunities to build a full-fledged country, to destroy the power of Russia, to provoke anarchy and, possibly, civil war, possibly a war in the Caucasus, possibly a social crisis. The options abound. We should choose a moment of such crisis and conduct a short lightning-fast Croatian-style offensive operation, which will have ten times fewer casualties than the annual face-off on the line of contact. But first, we must weaken the enemy, and then a short military operation will become possible.”"
"President Vladimir Zelensky: “You call them people, right [about citizens of Russia and Ukraine who were subjected to sanctions by the National Security and Defense Council]? There are representatives of the human race, but not all of them are human. There are species, I believe.”"
"Ukrainian Ambassador to Kazakhstan Petr Vrublevsky: “We are trying to kill as many of them [Russians] as possible. The more Russians we kill now, the fewer our children will have to kill. That’s all there is to it.” "
"Head of the Presidential Office Andrey Yermak: “Russians, these sub-humans, have no right whatsoever to be among the civilised people of the West.” "
"Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council Alexey Danilov: “Russia must disappear from the world map as a military-political entity within its current borders.” "
"Head of the Presidential Office Andrey Yermak: “A nation of inhuman monsters and murderers, the biological waste of this world.”"
"Adviser to Head of the Presidential Office Mikhail Podolyak: “Yes, Ukraine hates you [Russians]. We will keep hunting you down always and everywhere. Ukraine will get to each of you, no matter how, legally or physically.” "
"Head of the Defence Ministry’s Main Intelligence Directorate Kirill Budanov: “These people with altered psychic setup must be held accountable. In our understanding, physical elimination is the only way to hold them accountable.”"
When he "thought" he would liberate Crimea.
"Adviser to Head of the Presidential Office Mikhail Podolyak: “There is only one plan: moving forward in the toughest possible manner and killing as many Russians as possible.” "
"Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council Alexey Danilov: “Tatarstan will be a separate country, and Dagestan will be a separate country, too, with nothing in common with Russia. They are the colonies of the Russian Federation… The West must realise that Russia is fragmented and there is no force capable of keeping it together.”"
maybe you should ask NATO / EU / USA that question?
Ukraine was allowed to separate from Soviet Union in peace. Not a single shot was fired. The one thing that was asked of them that was non negotiable was NEUTRALITY..
USA/UK sent in CIA/ MI6 and created all sorts of fuckery with aiding and abetting the formation of an entire generation of brainwashed idiots that carry banners of WWII SS divisions and the murderer Stepan Bandera.. they created the willing cannon fodder and then unleashed them onto the battlefield to help destabilize Russia..
and your question is about how is UKR a threat to Russia?
are you seriously asking this naive of a question? or do you just not know and are repeating sound bites and propaganda that you have heard somewhere?
i guess in your mind UKR is like a unicorn with rainbows of love and democracy coming out of its ass while Russia is some evil, dark empire trying to rain on the assbow parade?
Lea is right in that the people of Ukraine and Russia are not enemies to each other. The leadership and the hidden hands has created a sentiment of hatred and a twisted nationalism spiced with WaffenSS-nostalgia.
Zelensky himself was a forerunner for the Unicorn of Rainbows and behind him was the usual suspects.
Ukr was allowed to peacefully seperate but civil war was delayed by 30 or so years. This is the civil war that should have erupted when the Union collapsed simply happening now
Now who is Anatoly Sobchak? The mayor of Saint Petersburg in the 1990s and Putin's mentor when Putin was entering politics (Putin was his deputy). You think they never discussed that matter?
"In the 1990s, Limonov co-founded the National Bolshevik Party (NBP), blending radical left-wing and right-wing elements. He famously advocated for the reclamation of territories with large Russian populations, such as Crimea and parts of northern Kazakhstan."
The region formerly known as "Ukraine" wasn't a threat to Russia. For over a thousand years it was a part of Russia, then later part of the USSR in a way that de facto continued making it a part of Russia. That changed only in 1991 when the USSR fell apart and the various fake "countries" that Lenin and Stalin had delineated within the USSR/Russia suddenly became no longer parts of Russia but newly-created nation states.
But even then from 1991 until 2014 the newly created country of "Ukraine," which had never before existed as any sort of country, wasn't a threat to Russia. It was a client state of Russia which Russia continued to finance and support with vast amounts of money to try to keep it afloat and to try to help it develop a self-supporting economy.
It only became a threat to Russia after the US's hard coup of 2014 destroyed the democratically elected government of Ukraine and installed an unelected hard-core Nazi junta, which the US gave billions of dollars to, supported with mountains of weapons, and assisted with direct participation of a couple of thousand US military personnel to wipe out all opposition to the unelected Nazi regime.
The regime proceeded, with US help and at US direction, to attack the eight regions of the former "Ukraine" which had voted in overwhelming majorities to support the democratically elected government, to ensure those regions would bow down to the Nazi junta. That's what started the civil war in Ukraine.
Crimea seceded, the Nazis defeated all remaining seven of the regions except two: Donetsk and Lugansk (collectively known as "the Donbass"), which succeeded in fighting the Nazis to a draw.
The US succeeded, together with its EU stooges, in convincing Russia that it was serious about peace in Ukraine via a fake Minsk deal (later admitted to be a total lie by the German and French leaders of the day). But that was enough for Russia to pressure the Donbass into honoring the Minsk deal. The Kiev regime never honored it. They continued to rocket, bomb, and shell the Donbass every day since 2015.
When the Kiev regime, again with US help, massed an army of 130,000 soldiers to invade the Donbass and kill all who opposed the Nazi regime, Russia warned the US to either stop the invasion or Russia would through military means. The US blew off the warning and Russia invaded to prevent the US's Nazi puppets from mass murder of the Russian-speaking population of Donbass.
So it's not a case of why can't "you all" live in peace, it's a case of vicious US aggression against Russia, and the sooner clueless people like you get that through your heads the sooner you can get off your rear and start the extremely long and difficult process of transforming the US from being an engine of genocide and perpetual war into a country that at least will refrain from killing people and starting wars. If you don't do that, then sooner or later the US is going to start a war that goes nuclear and then all the turd-stupid Americans who, like the ancient Roman mob that was only interested in bread and circuses, will discover what happens when the totally evil government they elected and supported gets them involved in a war that destroys their own homes.
Ah, if you want to find the meticulously-researched history of how the US engineered the war in Ukraine, read "Provoked: How Washington Started the New Cold War with Russia and the Catastrophe in Ukraine" by Scott Horton.
the effect of weed will eventually terminate, after reality will crush you. Peace???? since a thousand years there’s not been such state in Europe. Why would you want that? We Europeans are exceptional good fighting each other, we excel.
It's not Zelensky/Ukraine. If you took him out, he'd immediately be replaced by another. Proxy puppets are a dime a dozen. Putin would have to take out Brussels, London, Tel Aviv and DC to stop this. Not very feasible. The forever wars of imperialism.
"Taking out" DC ain't feasible by military means and London would be tricky given the US response it would trigger. There is however a good chance DC will take out itself and the rest will collapse along with it. Tel Aviv's neighbors will see to that and London will fall from within in all likelihood.
The Poles and Lithuanians think they are back in the days of the commonwealth and that they can just ride into Ukraine/Russia and do as they please.. strange shit for sure.
Kautilya the Contemplator's article on substack "How Europe Stopped Fearing Russian Deterrence" is a pretty sharp analysis of the degrading deterrence environment that Russia finds itself in, largely enabled by the weak response of its own hesitant leadership when it came to enforcing its own red lines.
read the article ! and you'd probably be doing yourself a favor in calming down and realizing that no amount of cheerleading from anyone on any of these "blogs" amounts to moving the needle... even a bit ! so best to give up the self righteous, presumptuous crap and take it easy !!
"realizing that no amount of cheerleading from anyone on any of these "blogs" amounts to moving the needle"
... except for Kautilya the Contemplator's blog, right? :-)
In point of fact, that particular article is a good example of self righteous, presumptuous crap that you pat yourself on the back for supposedly giving up. It includes totally bullshit gems like "Moscow issued red lines over long-range missile transfers, intelligence sharing, drone operations and deep strikes inside Russia. '
Ah, no, "Moscow" never issued such "red lines". What you don't find writers of self righteous, presumptuous crap like Kautilya ever doing is providing citations to the actual government pronouncements he or she claims were issued. Why not? Because what he claims is untrue.
well then, go move the needle ! so far, you're just whipping up a lot of foam and demonstrating a lack of capacity in considering/ processing a divesity in viewpoints!
"Foam?" Nonsense. Kautilya stated that "Moscow issued red lines", which is a lie. It's not "foam" to point out Kautilya lied about something. Now, whether he lied about something because he doesn't have the slightest idea what he's talking about or whether he does and he's just dishonest is beside the point when he spouts nonsense that is, pure and simple, false.
Telling lies is not "diversity in viewpoints", it's just dishonesty.
your responses so far don't deserve responses. but just for the heck of it, define "hysterics" and also "cheerleading". do you realize that these terms are purely subjective projections ? given that you so freely use such terms on others you don't known on a public blog, doesn't this latest term characterize your own personal inclinations ?
Ah, Nick, you're the one who "freely" used "cheerleading" so it's up to you to define it if you meant something other than the generally accepted English meaning of the term. "Hysterics" is a well understood English word. It's not something that is a purely subjective projection.
What I really think about the voices in Europe continually threatening Russia with war - they want depopulation of Europe. Their own leaders want depopulation Also, Lavrov said yesterday that a new Ukrainian president will be more cooperative with Russia...hint hint And I heard yesterday there's a new Russian General Boss in town and that's why Kiev was hit so hard recently. I thought the Kiev Center was already taken out. Zelensky's getting a tad paranoid Also the Tucker interview with the Ukrainian Press Secretary that Simplicius has not yet mentioned - unless I missed it - yeah - and Trump seems to be indicating with his bluster that he wouldn't help Europe now. Not that the US is in any position to help Plus I keep hearing the population of Russia is sick and tired of Putin's diplomatic war tactics...so maybe he'll send them a little spice. Take out Germany or something. That would be a favor to the future from the saber rattling of the bald rat Merz
"Take out Germany or something." Or how about Nova Scotia?
It's high time the eternal warmongers across the Atlantic learn to know what war is and what it means to be "taken out." That will teach them to casually propose the killing of millions of people.
Apparently, it doesn't matter much which country is "taken out." As long as Putin can send "a little spice." So, we may just as well chose the place where madam happens to live to be "taken out."
The US were wetting their pants at 9-11 twin-tower event. They probably need an experience that brings the meaning of being 'taken out' to a realistic understanding for themself.
On the other hand, even colonel Larry Wilkerson (former chief of staff of Colin Powell) yesterday in a talk with Glenn Diessen floated the realistic probability of civil war inside the United States. I for my part see that coming since a long time. Hungry people tend to lose their patience and are suddenly willing to take action.
"On the other hand, even colonel Larry Wilkerson (former chief of staff of Colin Powell) yesterday in a talk with Glenn Diessen floated the realistic probability of civil war inside the United States."
People have been talking about that on and off for a while, enough so that a reasonably decent movie ("Civil War") was made on the theme in 2024.
But I don't see it. You'd need a *lot* more fracture in the US given the imperial inertial within the country today. That could happen if the current bozos in charge (or their replacements) ever blunder into a nuclear war. If they keep up what they're doing, committing acts of war against nuclear powers, sooner or later they'll find themselves in at least a limited nuclear war, perhaps with a new player.
As technology steadily advances the technical bar to achieve a nuclear arsenal of 5 to 25 or so city killers (100+ kilotons per weapon) is steadily getting lower. Iran could achieve such an arsenal today, and so could, probably, on the order of 10 to 20 other countries that are not currently nuclear weapons states. Someday the US is going to fuck with the wrong country and there will be, say, 5 to 20 US cities killed, including the cancerous center in Washington, the Deep State financial nerve center in New York and so on.
That would probably be enough fracturing and de-railing of Deep State federal/imperial inertia for a civil war to kick off, at least if the nuclear-armed remnants of the Deep State (which will still be around) don't clamp down on all possible opponents by using massive, centralized military power within the US.
For those who don't like a limited nuclear war as a fracture event, consider a really serious epidemic as a trigger even, perhaps from a seriously lethal virus, something with twenty or thirty percent mortality. Could be natural, like the Black Death in pulmonary form, or could be engineered.
Maybe, but it may also be true that the populace just hasn't been pushed far enough. People in general still see the rule of law as a positive force. If the Dems do manage to pack the court by adding several more justices it may provide the fracture event as many would see that as delegitmizing the court and many dominos could fall from there. In addition, it would be admitting that the Dems could never be allowed to lose the majority again for fear (near certainty?) that the Reps would do the same thing when they were in the majority.
You're not one of those, are you, Leah? That's nonsense being used to frame all nasty policies that oppress women and any people of not pure white (though there are no humans on earth that don't have many nationalities in their gene mix, even African.) and anyone the ones in power don't want around or to share power with.
The more war in the Middle East, the more immigration from there and more space for the Great Israel project.
The more those incoming to Europe migrants, the greater chance for a religious war, European intifada. Especially, if Israel will Gaza a large part of Iran and Europeans will be supporting that genocide. Merz said at the beginning of war in Iran, that Israel is doing a dirty job for us, Europeans.
Those burned and emptied European cities are are a perfect chance for plan B for Israel, if they have to relocate part of their population from Israel.
The crusader states survived as long as Europe was willing to defend them. The geography is the same. The enemy is the same one. And the quality of the fighters declines nowadays in Israel with the same speed as in the Crusader states; they do not hold the European level; they go down to the Near Eastern level. The absolute shit show we saw back then in Lebanon (1980s) was the writing on the wall. The Gaza incident showed a completely disorganized and demoralized troop. And actually in Lebanon multiple (!) divisions (!) of the IDF cannot suppress some local militia troops. I served in logistics, but even there, a sergeant or captain would have been thrown out when moving tanks in the valley without infantry on the hilltops. History rhymes.
civil war - the you know whos want 2 billion not 8 billion people on the planet - Bill Gates has said so. His dad founded the Eugenics Society now called Planned Parenthood - you know the organization that sells aborted fetuses that are 9 months old and still breathing
Werner; Richard Cadenhove Kalergi, around a century ago, came up with a "Plan", initially meant to thwart the rise of rampant Nationalism. However it is now used by those of malign intent.
His parents were the most vivid example of a perfect love story. In reality, his mother had to live in a very difficult social environment the very moment they were called back to Europe. Richard himself was accepted as part of one of the leading families, but a lot of people showed some distance, as he was an Austrian/Japanese mixture.
Refugees only go to other countries because those countries have fomented carnage and civil war in their homeland. Emigrant families from war torn countries (war torn for Western profit) are trying to move to safety and safety is usually in the countries that have destroyed their countries. The US has refugees from Central and South America and Venezuela and Cuba and Haiti and Puerto Rico because the US with, ironically, Mossad assistance been funding coups non stop in these countries. If the Oligarchs can't steal the resources because a caring government leader is elected the Oligarchs hire the US and Zionists to overthrow their government.
I would normally side with those who believe that Putin and his advisors will refrain from hitting European targets as he is more thqan happy with attriting Europe and America's weaponry and Ukie forces until they are eventuallyt rendered incapable of carrying on.
But drones have changed the equation and introduced a politically and militarily unacceptable risk to Russian infrastructure. I see no alternative but to attack European centres of drone production and if that turns out not to be enough, then European centres of decision-making. I am pretty certain that plans are being developed now.
Russia can take out every drone factory in Europe, and it’s guaranteed that new ones will pop up somewhere else. This is commonly known as playing whack-a-mole. Nevertheless, I wouldn’t mind a round or two of the game, just to give the moronic European leaders a taste of real war in their own territories.
Gloves off, take them out during the work day. The rented spaces are expendable, the workers are harder to replace. Especially those who are not willing to die for a paycheck.
Strange, for good reason most in this forum condemn the Israeli/USA strikes, killing a lot of civilians. But you propose the same killing of civilian people. Russia and Iran are not playing in this rogue state league!
You are a fan of Giulio Douhet? He changed the view on these attacks on civilians working for the war effort. Of course, he is a child of his time and especially of Gentile. Hard to mention nowadays as people are not knowing what fascism was all about. Because when thinking it to its logical end, the milkman, delivering milk to the lorry driver, who delivers food to the bus driver, driving your arms' plant worker to work is a military target!
No, their work is dedicated to supporting society as a whole, not the war effort. They are the innocents - their 'support' is only incidental, indirect. Whereas those working in a weapons factory are directly supporting the war. But I understand why you might feel that way.
It reminds me of WW2, the Red Army retreated from the South of Ukraine, some civilians managed to evacuate, some didn't. Germans restored the shipbuilding wharves, locals worked there to survive. Ask yourself, if you didn't have time , sick kid/parent to evacuate, what are you going to do in an occupied city to survive and feed your family?
That is one problem to overcome as drone production can be easily fragmented in to a cottage industry (in fact it already is in Jukraine). Huge factories aren't required.
That's for the assembling of the parts only and is not correct if you let out the needed supply chain. Look at what drones are made of. Europe has nothing of the natural resources it would need for it, so it must come from somewhere else.
But smarter people than me will know that anyway and deal with that problem when the time has come.
Well, yes you are correct for the smaller less sophisticated drones - but the large ones with extended flight characteristics, the kind that are hitting Russian infrastructure are an entirely different matter of an order of magtnitude more dangerous for Russia. To scale to the operational level needed to produce adequate numbers of these, it would seem to me to require large factory space.
They is Victoria Nuland who started it in 2014 with $5 billion in US A.I.D. and then Biden and the Eurocrats like Boris Johnson, Macron, Starmer, Von Der Leyen, Kaja Kallas, Merz, etc. not to mention the coke-snorter Zelensky who all sit in their secure offices and justify more war and casualties while Ukrainians suffer.
It's not guaranteed, not by a long shot. The West's industrial capacity has been thoroughly hollowed out or occupied, and access to necessary materials is severely wanting, as is much of the human capital.
A very simple question. Daily thousand bomber raids in WWII could not harm Germany's industry or infrastructure; the weapons production went up and up. These bombers carried a lot more ordnance than any drone. Why do you believe that a few hundred drones, and not even deployed on a daily basis, could "change the equation" ? The bombing in WWII had a positive impact on the will to fight, good for the Nazis and bad for the Allies—I expect to see the same in Russia.
Good point. You ARE seeing the impact on Russians - hardening their resolve. I think what we need to see is the psychological and political imact on Europe should Russia begin its attacks. But Europe of the 2000s is not a unified and committed Germany of the 1940s. I think it have a massive negative impact on the populations and the political structure - to put it a bit more bluntly, they will shit in their pants, and the political pressure from the masses to drop this foolish support for Ukraine will dramatically increase.
Because Brits & Americans bombed residential areas, workers began "living" in their factories, including weapon production, worked longer hours without home to go to.
The threat is stronger than the execution. Russia will not strike. And, if it ever does, the strike will be preceded by silence, and will come at a point when it no longer matters.
Why strike with the military? If the Russians want to stop the EU, just use some agents with short-range drones and cut the energy supply (transformers!) for the key plants. As the EU governments pay green/left Antifa, which occasionally engage in infrastructure sabotage, often citing issues related to climate and identity, the governments will blame Russia (as always), but the people will blame the Antifa.
Europe does not want, could not fight, a real war with real life massive destruction of its territories, not to mention having to find people to actually fight and die for their detested elites. It wants to disrupt what it knows is Russia's remorseless, unstoppable on the ground absorption of Ukraine. From which Putin is determined not to be deflected. The people on this board should not be deflected either. Eyes on the prize.
It's very much our problem when we're press-ganged into uniform.
And don't doubt for a nanosecond that they'd do it. The end always justifies the means for these people, none of whom give two fucks about the people they purportedly represent.
I get where you're coming from, Frank, but the mad compliance we witnessed for the CV19 scam tells me that people will ultimately go along to get along. They'll wear the uniform, lift the rifle, and do so hoping to survive the battlefield.
The one very slender hope I have is that western men might get really belligerent about leaving their wives and daughters at home with millions of migrant men. But that's just another triumph of hope over experience IMO.
I hear you, it's just that in my view the 'elite' will have a law out over night that the migrants have to get enlisted as well.
Do not think they'll send only one part of the population to war.
The black people in the USA at WWII had no rights, segregation was common but they took them as cannon fodder anyway. Same will happen to the migrants here in Europe and nowhere to hide, except going back home with nothing but a suitcase.
Frank, it won't be just one drafting point, you can't shoot them all. They'll give you an empty gun and the bullets at the line of fire, and being shot at, you'll be shooting back. Plus why do you think they bring in the 3rd world young men of draft age- they'd promise them citizenship, give guns and having no loyalty to their current country, those immigrants will be shooting the locals.
Oh, like Europe was asked if it wanted to enter and get fully engaged in this ongoing anti-Russian war hysteria in the first place? Hell no, its public opinion was simply hijacked by its treasonous "political elites" and manipulated through the Empire's propaganda arm, while all rational dissent and publicly asked questions of interest promtply found themselves silenced, ostracized, banned and outright persecuted!
Europe, especially Germany and the Scandinavian "bullwarks" Denmark, Finland and Sweden are increasingly and hurriedly being militarized and prepared to become the next front in the Empire's war against Russia. Exactly as the Empire was militarizing and preparing Banderastan ever since the violent power takeover in Kiev through the CIA-led and assisted Maidan coup of 2014. Do you notice a pattern here?
Ergo, just like in WW1 and WW2 (and let's not forget "Napoleon's conquest", in essence an alliance of 26 European states and statelets), the deeply and irrepairibly racist Europlebes will gladly surge forward into their own demise at the order of their Anglo-zionist masters, like cattle to the slaughterhouse...
Russia is totally aware of the above and its entire society's "cynical" approach to the issue, asking for more radical measures against its enemies, derives from the terrible price in death and destruction which the peoples of Soviet Russia paid during the Great Patriotic War. This approach was only exacerbated by Iran's strategic victory in Southeast Asia, simultaneously revealing the Empire's military impotence.
The truth is that even in the Kremlin, "hawks" are increasing in numbers and loudness, having been justified by the diplomatic dead-end in the non-existing negotiations process with the "West", combined with the Empire's constant and incremental provocations and overall escalation in the Baltic sea region.
In that respect, I regard the latest verbal warnings coming from official Russian side, as well as by Lavrov, as by Polyanski, Peskov and Karaganov to be the last attempts to dissuade Europe from continuing on its path of military confrontation. I'm afraid that if we don't see any signs of policy reversal in the coming 2-3 months, the coming autumn in Europe might be even warmer than the summer, and not because of La Nino...
"Russia's remorseless, unstoppable on the ground absorption of Ukraine." It's been nearly 4.5 years and the Russians have only taken 20% - and not even all of the Donbas. The Dnieper and Odessa are still a long way a way. I will be very happy to eat crow in 6 months time if Putin has some master stroke up his sleeve, but in the mean time, the West is hitting targets deep inside Russia and Putin is doing nothing about it apart from talking. I will now go and look up what "sh*t or get off the pot!" is in Russian.
The fact that the intention to hit decision-making centers of the Kiev Junta is only now being discussed is a brilliant testimonial to the saintly patience of the Russian government.

"that were never possible to succeed anyway"
Biletsky is now being mentioned as one of the potential candidates for a president. Interim President Turchinov, that essentially started the conflict with his ATO, is descendant of OUN / UPA people, IIRC. Likewise Yatsenyuk, who was prime minister. We can go on like this.
lmao
Ukrainian ethno-nationalists are freezing their semen to have kids posthumuously, Mendel lady told us populations is down to 14 million, excluding the pensioners (generous in my opinion), they are utterly failed state without money, weapons, anything.
So no population, not much weaponry, not much army, which is approaching 50 years per soldier on average, etc.
It seems to me goals are being achieved. SMO is still underway.
"Washington has just reimposed sanctions on anyone daring to buy Russian oil and gas ..."
You mean the waiver was allowed to expire on schedule? Was it?
Like I say, a cancer on the world.
It looks like they are planning to work their way North, this would likely involve getting the USA into a war with Turkey next
Yes, Israel and the USA are going to take over Syria.
Turkey will bomb Israel. In self defence, as well as to help Iran.
Turkey will have no choice but to leave NATO and ask Russia for a nuclear ambrella
You are right. Israel commands Ukraine but also Russia, via Putin.
Spot on.
Perhaps. Equally plausible is 2 million Russian Jews might want to have an alternative exit from the End-of-Earthers dismantling Israel.

Judeo-Bandera
I am amazed by the double-standards inside EU.
Its all in the open.
Its impossible to unsee it.
"in face of Ukrainian army losing capability to fight without European weapons" Men rounded up in the streets and sent to the front, even wearing uniforms, I don't call that an army, at best they're carnival participants. Santa Claus is just a man in disguise, not Santa Claus.
Plausible, though I am more inclined to think it may be a deliberate Russian 'leak'.
For what purpose Russians would leak attack plans on Ukraine or NATO?
It would only cause military mobilisation in those countries, more defence spending and more nationalism. So it's counterproductive
The written words on the pictures are in ENGLISH.
Not Ukrainian, not Russian.
They are documents which are translated by googlelens from Russian.
Whether they were stolen by Ukraine or the whole story was made up by Zelensky/Mossad, is a different story.
In my opinion it's an Israeli plot to engage Russia in Europe, freeing Israel to occupy Syria and nuke Iran
😀 Big Thanks! 😃
Taking out Ukraine’s decision making centers? You mean
Washington and London?
Don't forget Berlin
No, Berlin is a proxy, a colony, totally under control
So is London.
Why would Russia hit the Rothschilds? Do you think that Russia and Putin are independent of Rothschild influence any more than NATO is?
Thank you. Interesting comment.
Can you flesh out your opinion a bit more please?
There is a significant group of Germans that would rejoice.
First they take Manhattan, then they take Berlin
Ninety-nine red balloons.
Wouldn't Ramstein be a better "go to" German target. Just flatten it.
Wiesbaden... Chip
FFS. Berlin couldn't even protect the most important German Pipeline !!!!!!!
"Thank you, sir. No, I haven't tried it with a red hot poker. Are you sure that won't
hurt ?"
The Ukranian fascists were promised the Kuban and the Don basin too.
There are no pro-Ukrainians, just fascists and mentally challenged people.
Malthus's Math was built on a false premise.
"... whatever it entails."
European leaders going to war? It would have already happened by 2024 if they weren't such scared little girls
And....if they actually went to war, with troops, including their entire nations, then Europe would be learning Russian, instead of Ukrainian ?
Although anyone inside Ukraine knows full well there is no such thing as a Ukrainian language.
Dialect, yes. Language, no.
"Euro Peons" - nice one!
Grima Wormtongue is a better analogy.
No amount of money or weapons will make a european into a soldier, any more than you can psych up Liberace into becoming Rambo.
There is absolutely no chance of the European peoples accepting the idea of war against Russia or against any other country.
Just the news of one thousand casualties and a couple of buildings destroyed would topple any government.
The vast majority of Europeans have become effeminate, fearful, and would not live without their phone glued to their hand and social networks.
You completely misread the Russian strategy of gradual and reactionary escalation, and its purpose.
Where have you been?
There has been no escalation at all.
Russia has been in an entirely defensive loss minimization posture (in which it is doomed to be destroyed eventually if nothing changes) since around March 30th 2022.
I' not even going to waste my time replying to that Bullshit!!!

Russian Strategy isn't to rush in and smash the place up. Berlin ought to re-read their history before they embark on another Reich campaign.
How many Germans today are of Russian and American non-consented fatherhood ? Well, really grandfatherhood.
True. It is still the great game. We are in the early shaping stage of WWIII, which started over a decade ago.
>>...probably not to upset the dubious Chinese, who think can still continue with their world trade avoiding war.
Which is why they will lose lmao
You obviously don't have a clue about China or the Chinese mind.
sure you do…
Now, please, share with the rest of humanity in some detail your deep and bright knowledge of the Chinese mind.
And Hell Aviv.
My contention is that the best way to avoid a real war, now, is for Putin to release a list of several thousand heirs and architects of the anti-Russian plans over the past centuries. Only naming the source and making clear that real war will be prosecuted against individuals not nations, can bring the risk home.
"israel"
But that is just me speaking hypothetically.
Either Russia will control Odessa or the Americans/British will, regardless of whether "Ukraine" is nominally in charge.
that is a very correct and astute observation.
that is the crux of it.
How is Ukraine a threat to Russia? Why can’t you all live in Peace?! Stupid waste of resources and very bad for the environment!
Ukraine was supposed to be an iron fist for this:
https://www.congress.gov/117/chrg/CHRG-117jhrg54193/CHRG-117jhrg54193.pdf
They are the colonies of the Russian Federation… The West must realise that Russia is fragmented and there is no force capable of keeping it together.”"
the Ukranian fascists were promised to conquer the Kuban and the Don Basin.
"Greater Ukraine"
Good summary of what the Ukrainian thinks about the Russian people.
”Biological waste” Sounds a lot like racism and genociding for me. Could it be that they are ancestors to the Bolsheviks?
Quite the contrary, they're ancestors to the 14th Waffen-SS Division "Galicia" and to Bandera's OUN-B!
Although both the Ukronazis and the Ukrobolsheviks are ruled by the same money master puppetteers...
They sound as hateful, inhuman and cruel as the Zionists in Palastine. Fascism is a serious and dangerous for humanity disease.
maybe you should ask NATO / EU / USA that question?
This is the civil war that should have erupted when the Union collapsed simply happening now
not sure why a civil war should have happened.. but ok..
Everybody with a brain knew.
Here is a famous clip of Limonov predicting it in 1992:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vn17FHp06Tc
And here is a more mainstream figure, Anatoly Sobchak doing the same in 1991:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GumsQkCeJKg
Watch the whole thing to the end.
Now who is Anatoly Sobchak? The mayor of Saint Petersburg in the 1990s and Putin's mentor when Putin was entering politics (Putin was his deputy). You think they never discussed that matter?
The Limonov' words were prescient, indeed.
"In the 1990s, Limonov co-founded the National Bolshevik Party (NBP), blending radical left-wing and right-wing elements. He famously advocated for the reclamation of territories with large Russian populations, such as Crimea and parts of northern Kazakhstan."
Where does this lost soul come from?
"How is Ukraine a threat to Russia?"
Ukraine and Russia did live in peace until the 2015l4 coup.
the effect of weed will eventually terminate, after reality will crush you. Peace???? since a thousand years there’s not been such state in Europe. Why would you want that? We Europeans are exceptional good fighting each other, we excel.
Meanwhile continue, weed cancels The reality
It's not Zelensky/Ukraine. If you took him out, he'd immediately be replaced by another. Proxy puppets are a dime a dozen. Putin would have to take out Brussels, London, Tel Aviv and DC to stop this. Not very feasible. The forever wars of imperialism.
No. Nobody would volunteer to be a Western proxy if it would mean to assume power for a couple of months until the next missile arrives.
Yeah, that has worked so well in Iran, right?
Ye, it has.
"Taking out" DC ain't feasible by military means and London would be tricky given the US response it would trigger. There is however a good chance DC will take out itself and the rest will collapse along with it. Tel Aviv's neighbors will see to that and London will fall from within in all likelihood.
Yes. And motion in the Kiev direction may be a feint.
they will have to cut off Poland as well...these psychopath nations like Poland and the Baltics need to be brought to heel.
The Poles and Lithuanians think they are back in the days of the commonwealth and that they can just ride into Ukraine/Russia and do as they please.. strange shit for sure.
Sounds like the recent massive Russian strike on Kiev may have taken out Zelensky’s stashes of blow
He is a clown
Compromised and sub-mediocre clowns and pedos are all the usual suspects want as their puppets in positions of power
ideally as retarded as Ursula or Micron
Kautilya the Contemplator's article on substack "How Europe Stopped Fearing Russian Deterrence" is a pretty sharp analysis of the degrading deterrence environment that Russia finds itself in, largely enabled by the weak response of its own hesitant leadership when it came to enforcing its own red lines.
Are you cheerleading for a hot phase of the ongoing Nuland-Kagan's war?
Sounds like it. It's a cheap line thrown around a lot to influence stupid people. European intelligence understand Russian capabilities.
read the article ! and you'd probably be doing yourself a favor in calming down and realizing that no amount of cheerleading from anyone on any of these "blogs" amounts to moving the needle... even a bit ! so best to give up the self righteous, presumptuous crap and take it easy !!
Telling lies is not "diversity in viewpoints", it's just dishonesty.
why the hysterics, 'nick?'
your responses so far don't deserve responses. but just for the heck of it, define "hysterics" and also "cheerleading". do you realize that these terms are purely subjective projections ? given that you so freely use such terms on others you don't known on a public blog, doesn't this latest term characterize your own personal inclinations ?
"Propose"? They've already done it to Ukraine...
What's Canada got to do with this? Or anything of international import?
Ann Watson lives in Nova Scotia.
Still doesn't answer the question.
Apparently, it doesn't matter much which country is "taken out." As long as Putin can send "a little spice." So, we may just as well chose the place where madam happens to live to be "taken out."
grumpy Herman who keeps tabs on women and doxes them - it was a joke Hermy
Neo-Banderaland?
If I am not mistaken, like 5% of Canadians are of Ukrainian descent, many of OUN / UPA types.
Bandera's grandson, Steve Bandera is Canadian, for example.
You're spot on.
Hungry people tend to lose their patience and are suddenly willing to take action.
yeah - and that tick thing happening in Ohio - enough to strangle billy the gate
A civil war would be fine justice for the degenerate US.
Depopulation? Why are these elites flooding Europe with Muslim migrants when they want to depopulate it?
To genocide the white population.
You're not one of those, are you, Leah? That's nonsense being used to frame all nasty policies that oppress women and any people of not pure white (though there are no humans on earth that don't have many nationalities in their gene mix, even African.) and anyone the ones in power don't want around or to share power with.
To avoid unity against the 'elites' at all cost.
Imagine people would realize that they're the 99% and hold the real power to change things for and to their own benefit.
No, let them hate and fight each other - has always worked and works to this very day.
I bet plans were developed long time ago, it's implementing time.
If you are working in an arms plant supplying material to an active conflict you are a combatant, not a civilian. Totally legal, not a war crime.
They richly deserve to experience a bit of the hellscape they created for the Ukrainians.
Who is 'they'?
They is Victoria Nuland who started it in 2014 with $5 billion in US A.I.D. and then Biden and the Eurocrats like Boris Johnson, Macron, Starmer, Von Der Leyen, Kaja Kallas, Merz, etc. not to mention the coke-snorter Zelensky who all sit in their secure offices and justify more war and casualties while Ukrainians suffer.
True, but deserve never had anything to do with it.
This is a question of power. Nothing more.
It takes time/gas/power to "pop up somewhere else."
👍
Because Brits & Americans bombed residential areas, workers began "living" in their factories, including weapon production, worked longer hours without home to go to.
Attacking transport most assuredly did harm germany.
Doomers and nukers take note of Julianne's post!
Europeans have already allowed themselves to invaded with hardly a murmur of protest, they're not going to be much use in any actual combat.
...they're not going to be much use in any actual combat.
Why would we go into combat anyway? Against our brothers and sisters from Russia? For what reason? To fight a war we don't need and want?
It's what the self proclaimed elites might dream of - we are just not them and their projection is their problem, not ours.
It's very much our problem when we're press-ganged into uniform.
And don't doubt for a nanosecond that they'd do it. The end always justifies the means for these people, none of whom give two fucks about the people they purportedly represent.
As soon as they give me a gun and the rounds that fit in it, they're not giving a gun to the next guy because they'd be dead.
Now imagine us all doing that.
Do you see a reason why not?
Do you think they'd kill us all?
I doubt that very much and if so, we'd be dead anyway.
I dunno, Ukrainians have been press ganged with less resistance than cattlw or sheep.
Don't underestimate the instilled for decades hatred for Moskali
Wit and Wisdom of the Little Rat of Kiev.
Speaking of Helmer's claim yesterday that China had knifed Iran in the back, lots of others say "No".

And Johnson's take:

Helmer is consistently wrong on almost everything.
The fact that the intention to hit decision-making centers of the Kiev Junta is only now being discussed is a brilliant testimonial to the saintly patience of the Russian government.
