WRT dangerous, I've got an engineering professor friend who evidentiates the proposition that the Beirut explosion was a nuke, and thus a strong statement to all related States.
How dangerous? If the following is true, then technology has advanced beyond what many are aware of, and the viciousness of the attacks on hospitals in Gaza and the perhaps 90% approval of those attacks proves an incredible danger:
